I don't sell all that much, but when I do you can count on the fact that all of my listings will be 100% accurate--to the best of my abilities. If there is anything wrong--as a result of seller error--I will offer full refunds minus shipping. If there is a problem caused by a shipping carrier's negligence, I will work with you to resolve the insurance claims process.
As a buyer, I give out feedbacks upon receipt of product. As a seller, I award feedback when feedback is given to me. In all cases, PLEASE contact me first before giving a negative or neutral rating. I will do everything in my power to amicably resolve a situation, but immediately resorting to nasty comments is nothing short of childish...
