The new feedback system enforced by Ebay is very vague and inaccurate. Leaving 4 out of 5 stars (or less) is devastating to our detailed seller rating (DSR)- it decreases our score drastically and is really not a good way to rate a purchase. I strive for a 20 Star transaction. Please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I always try to resolve any problems, should they arise.
I take Paypal and International Money Orders. No Green US Postal Money Orders please - these are Non-negotiable outside the US. Only the red, International Postal Money orders will be accepted. Cashier's checks are also fine. PAYPAL only for destinations outside North America.
Please feel free to purchase multiple items. In order to combine shipping, you must request an invoice or send me an email stating you are finished shopping. You will then be sent an invoice with total cost including combined shipping. You'll be surprised at how much you will save!! If you need your shipping cost before you purchase, please ask.
If you have any doubts about the shipping charges, please know that I don't charge extravagant shipping and handling fees. I try to keep costs low by not charging high handling fees. Some items, because of their size may incur a larger handling charge. I sometimes give a partial refund for excess shipping charged.
I also try to ship the same or next day a payment is made. If you feel that an item is taking too long to reach you, please have a look at the notification you should have rec'd from Paypal when a shipping label was printed for your item- check spam folder if not rec'd. This info will include all info related to the shipment of your item including tracking info. Your item will be taken to the post office the same or next business day after payment is rec'd. Business days means weekdays, not including the day posted, weekends or holidays. If your item has been delayed, it's probably due to customs or because of the postal service delays. If you have any questions please ask.

This is making me rethink my policy of leaving feedback first.So, please leave feedback after you've rec'd your item and I will do the same. Just think of it as an incentive to work out any problems....because, Payment is not the only responsibility of the buyer. The buyer needs to read all pertinent information in the listing so there are no misunderstandings. Sometimes they don't read and I end up with the unfair feedback. Many times, it's the new ebayers who aren't familiar with how ebay works that ruin it for everyone. (So, if you're new, please do a bit of exploring and reading to see how things are done before you leave feedback) PLEASE!!!IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE, PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL SHIP ASAP. :D

I take the package in within 1-2 days- right after payment is made and then it's literally out of my hands. If I give you a tracking number, please use it before you contact me. Use on www.canadapost.ca. This would be most appreciated!! If, by any chance, you don't get a tracking number- Kindly email me and if one is available for your item, I will email it to you.

Please have a good look and you may find something you've always wanted. Remember, I try to combine shipping with everything I sell. I am not married to my shipping prices but they are accurate for the most part.
The way combined shipping works is that if you buy more than one item, you will either pay the discounted shipping in the listing (i.e. $7.00US for first item then $2.00US for each thereafter), or I will package, weigh, measure and get you a custom quote from Canada Post - this will mostly likely happen if you purchase more than 2 items or if items are different (size and weight). A handling charge of approx. $1-$2 is incorporated into the fee. THis is for most items. Larger items i.e the bratz plane is not combinable (2 planes) because of the size of the package. But if that and a smaller item is purchased, I may be able to combine.
See? There's always a way to work things out!! So please do try......
