I have shipping locations outside of Calif for barley products, we still are required by law to charge Calif sales tax, even if i ship from out of state. We sell Water Hyacinths, Barley Balls,Parrots Feather, Fairy Moss, Duckweed,Umbrella plants,Elephants Ear,Pennywort,and other pond plants. As Required by law my nursery licence is posted in veiw for all to see. I do not hide behind a user name and you dont know who it is you are dealing with. Before you buy from anyone , ask for thier nusery licence number, this is the only assurance that you have that they are selling you non-infected plants. Everyone that sells plants is REQUIRED BY LAW in EVERY STATE to be licenced and inspected. I am certified , pest free, bug free, disease free. You can buy with confidence , knowing that my plants have been inspected and will continue to be inspected , and I am legal to ship these plants, anywere in the usa, except in those states they are prohibited. As you buy from me , and not a "backyard grower" , you can rest assured that you will get TOP quality plants. LOOK at my feedbacks...Ask other sellers BEFORE you buy if they are a licenced nursery. If they are NOT, you could lose your order. They MUST have a nursery inspection certificate attached to the outside of the shipment by law. This applys to ANY method of shipping. The protection for you is the nursery stock certificate . It is required for any plant material, live or dead, or wet or dry, . Protect yourself and ask for the nursery stock certificate number of the seller.
