Hello from the Great State of Texas

My name is Peggy and I have been selling on Ebay since 1998. I sell a variety of items, both new and gently used. My Ebay business can be credited to my husband. He watched a late night show featuring Ebay and thought Ebay would be the perfect platform for selling my fathers clocks. My father was a clocksmith and his clocks were the perfect starter items. We attented auctions, searched flea markets and estate sales for clocks to repair and resale. While looking for resale clocks we discovered some of the real beauty in the old wall and mantel clocks. We now have our collection of clocks. We sold and shipped clocks all over the world. My father passed away in 2000, however it did take another four years to liquidate his collection. My greatest find to sell on Ebay was a ladies jacket. I found the jacket at a Goodwill store shortly before Halloween and thought it wouild make a great costume. I didn't buy it that day but went back the next and the clerk sold it to me for 50 cents. I listed it on Ebay and it sold for over $500.00. Let me describe this jacket. It was basic black with this wild embroidered design on the back. Come to find out it was a copy of a jacket that Madonna had worn in one of her movies. Who Knew !!!!!!!!!
