All sales are final. If a product is
found to be damaged or defective, please refer to our Return Policy.

guarantee compatibility with your system. Compatibility of any product
is the purchaser's
responsibility. All
specifications have been taken from the internet, therefore we do not
guarantee the accuracy of this information. If you have
questions,

NOTE: We
reserve the right to cancel bids by users with recent or excessive
negative feedback. Please bid only if you are serious about
completing
this transaction.
Currently we
ship
domestically using US Postal Service and UPS. We also ship
internationally via USPS only. Please use the shipping
calculator on the auction page to estimate your shipping and handling
cost. Combined shipping for multiple items is available at our
discretion based on weight and insurance amount.
Expedited
shipping is not refundable. 
NOTE: We do not drop-ship,
blind-ship, or use other people's shipping accounts. We also do
not deliver or allow pickup.
Most sales have
a 7 day guarantee against DOA unless designated as
"As-Is". In the case of an "As-Is" auction, there is NO warranty or
guarantee on the item/s.
If upon
receiving a guaranteed item and the item is defective or
broken please contact us within 7 days regarding a return or
exchange. We
will offer an exchange or refund (according to
our discretion). Returns must include auction number in order to
be
processed.
All
returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be
subject to a 20% restock fee.
Shipping will not be refunded.
Purchaser is
responsible for all return shipping costs.
Austin Cyber Shop gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express credit cards via PayPal. Although we prefer
using PayPal, we also accept money orders and personal or company
checks. Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to
clear.
We will send you
an invoice and instructions for checkout within one
business day of auction close. If you are not contacted by us at
that time, please email us at ebay@austincybershop.com
NOTE: If an auction is
won and the winner is unable to pay, the auction
will be forfeit. Both we and eBay take non paying bidders
seriously. All unresolved bids will be reported to eBay and negative
feed back will be made.
