THE D-CLUTTER-ME EXPERIENCE



Welcome to D-Clutter-Me your helping hand to the world of Internet selling. We take out all the hassles and time by handling the entire process for you – from start to finish. Let us D-Clutter your house and you just sit back and just wait for your returns to come back to you.

We will collect your items for sale from your location. All your items will be photographed (digital), an item description created per listing, also handle all buyers questions and respond accordingly, collect funds, package and dispatch your items.

Our aim is to help you sell as many items as possible and obtain the best price possible. No items will be misrepresented by either writing or by photographic means. We will provide you with an itemised list of all items sold with the sale price and fees relating to each item. We do reserve the right to not accept an item if it is damaged or unacceptable for sale.

If your item/s do not sell, you will be advised via email or phone to discuss further options. Our proposal would be to relist your item for a chosen number of days as per your instructions. After this, unsold items must be collected or returned to you at your expense within 14 days or if customer agrees they can be donated to a local charity (Salvation Army for example or your nominated charity).

The Internet selling environment is built around honesty and trust.

D-Clutter-Me strictly abides by those values and aim to ensure all our dealings are consistent with those values.

We must be in possession of all items before we can list it/them. With difficult to move or larger items, we will complete a full inspection report including many photos at your premises. Pick up will be arranged for the buyer directly from your location.

All you have to do is contact me (Raelene) via our email rbdc@bigpond.com and lets start the process NOW.

Pick ups and consultations to a total of 25kms will be free from our location - Wheelers Hill - VIC - 3150. Travel costs over this will be calculated by using www.whereis.com at $1.00 per kilometre

We ask from you honesty, integrity and great communication when it comes to outlining your items for sale. The more we can tell the buyers the more successful your items will be to sell.

Clients are charged all listing & selling fees. Buyer will be charged for all postage and collection costs.

WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM POSTAGE COSTS OR ANY LISTING FEES APPLICABLE TO EACH ITEM.

 BUYERS EXPERIENCE INFORMATION

I am happy to combine postage on multiple wins. Just send an email to me letting me know so I'll know which auctions you have won or intend on bidding for and wish to combine.

I offer insurance at buyer’s own cost ($3.00 for goods valued up to $100.00) and I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged after they have been shipped if you haven't opted for insurance. I do not, therefore, refund money for lost or damaged ‘in transit’ goods.

All lost/missing items will be followed up with Australia Post claims department and all up-to-date information will be sent through to the buyer until resolved.

PAYMENT

Genuine bidders only please. If you don't want it, please do not bid. I prefer direct deposit it is much easier that way. Details will be available to the winning bidder only. Contact needs to be made within 5 days or I have to assume it never will be. The item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with EBay.

Payment needs to be received within a week (7 days) of you winning the auction, unless you have contacted me prior and we have arranged something else in advance. If by the 8th day there is no payment, & you have still have not contacted me, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with EBay & negative feedback will be left.

 FEEDBACK

Once you've received your purchase, please remember to leave your feedback - which is greatly appreciated and this will then finalise your purchase. It also lets me know you've received your purchase and all is well. Feedback will be left for you in return within 48 hours or less.

Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
