Hi everyone! 

I'm Deb.  I have been a member of ebay since 2001, however, I opened my ebay store, Deb's Jeans & Things,  in July, 2005 with my husband, Mark.   Our main focus is on only the best Quality used jeans.  You will find jeans by Levi, GAP, Ralph Lauren, Eddie Bauer, Cruel Girl, Abercrombie & Fitch, Lucky Brand, American Eagle, Banana Republic and Guess in my store to name a few.  You will also find athletic wear (pants, jackets, and t-shirts) by Nike, Adidas and Reebok.  You may also find seasonal items on my site from time to time, as well as books, videos and a few collectibles.

My husband is a certified EBay instructor and provides both group and one-on-one training sessions.  We focus primarily on setting up retail businesses on EBay, but are happy to assist individuals who just want to learn more about EBay Sales.  Mark is also a certitified business advisor with the UTSA Small Business Development Center located in San Antonio, TX.

We take pride in offering quality items for sale, and  our feedback speaks to that quality.  However, We are human and we do make mistakes.  If you buy an item from us and find that the quality is not what is described, please let us know.  We will try to work it out with you.

We are a smoke-free environment; however, we buy our items used.  If we find an item of clothing that is dirty or smells of smoke, we will wash it.   Again we are human, sometimes we might miss one or two.

We do have a dog...a big dog...a yellow lab, and he lives inside with us.  Try as we might to keep his hair off my ebay items, it still finds its way.  We're sorry about that, but he is a family member, and we will not be getting rid of him.

I am a busy mother of two that works full-time outside the home along with working ebay as well.  Our ebay hours may be a little different than those who work ebay full-time.  I try to answer questions on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7-11am (Central Time), and Sunday evenings from 6-8pm.   Since I have set my auctions to begin and end on Sunday evenings, any questions that come in after 8pm will be answered Monday evening after I have printed off all the shipping labels and prepared my items for shipment.  Mondays I answer questions usually around 9pm. Tuesday and Wednesday I answer questions from 7-9pm.  I do not work ebay on Thursday or Friday.  Any questions you may have on Thursdays or Fridays will be answered on Saturday.

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned within 7 days.  Seller must receive an email from buyer expressing the desire to return an item.  If seller has grossly misrepresented an item a full refund, including postage, will be given when seller receives the item.  If the item is being returned through no fault of the seller, a refund of the purchase price only will be given after the item has been received by the seller.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Domestic:  I only ship Priority Mail through the US Postal Service unless it is otherwise specified.  I will combine shipping for a more economical shipping and handling charge if you wish to purchase more than one item. 

Shipping days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

International:  CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT SHIPPING OUT OF THE UNITED STATES.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due within 3 days of auction end.  I prefer PayPal payments, however, I will accept money orders.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS, please!  If paying via money order, please be sure to put the Auction Item Number on your money order or write me a note as to what you purchased, along with the item number.  It is sometimes very difficult, when I sell over 100 items per week, to figure out what money order belongs to what auction item when there isn't one indicated on the money order.

If there has been no communication from you regarding payment within 7 days of auction end, I will use the Unpaid Item Dispute feature.  Communication is key!
