1. WHERE DO THE COUPONS COME FROM?
THESE ARE THE COUPONS THAT YOU GET IN YOUR WEEKLY SUNDAY PAPER. SOMETIMES WE EVEN FIND SOME GOOD DEALS FROM MAGAZINES OR INSTORE DISPLAYS.
2. HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP THEM AND HOW?
WE CHECK THE COMPUTER TWICE A DAY, ONCE IN THE EARLY MORNING AND AGAIN BEFORE BEDTIME. AS SOON AS WE GET THE NOTICE FROM PAYPAL THAT IT IS PAID WE SHIP THEM OUT.
IF YOU PAY EARLY IN THE DAY, BY 8:00 AM, WE MAIL THEM THE SAME DAY. IF AFTER NOON THEY GO TO THE POST OFFICE LATER THE SAME DAY BUT MAY NOT LEAVE TOWN UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. WE SHIP EVERYTHING USPS.
3. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME AND COST?
THIS IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH STATE. SINCE WE ARE IN ARKANSAS IT USUALLY TAKE ABOUT 3 - 5 DAYS TO MOST ANYWHERE. OUR POST OFFICE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS BUT WE CAN STILL DROP OFF MAIL AND MOST OF THE TIME IT IS PROCESSED THE SAME DAY.
SO IF YOU PAY ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON IT WILL GO TO THE POST OFFICE ON SUNDAY MORNING BUT IT MAY OR MAY NOT LEAVE OUT UNTIL MONDAY....KEEP THIS IN MIND FOR HOLIDAY'S ALSO.

4. I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT CAN I SEND A MONEY ORDER?
NOT ANYMORE. EBAY NEW RULES AS OF 2009 LET US USE PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY FOR EVERYTHING. KEEP THIS IN MIND AS IT HELPS GET THE ITEMS TO YOU QUICKER BUT KEEP IN MIND MAILING TIME WHEN BUYING ITEMS WITH EXPIRATION DATES THAT ARE WITHIN A FEW DAYS.
5. WHAT ABOUT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I CAN'T PAY OR NOT ON TIME?
WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN. WE ARE NOT HEARTLESS. JUST PLEASE LET US KNOW IN TIME SO THAT WE MAY RELIST THE ITEM OR HOLD THEM FOR PAYMENT. THIS WILL PREVENT ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ENVELOPE DOES NOT ARRIVE OR I AM NOT HAPPY?
WE SHIP EVERYTHING FIRST CLASS MAIL UNLESS NOTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DELAY'S IN SHIPMENT DUE TO THE POST OFFICE OR HOLIDAY MAILING TIME. WE DO TRY AND ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT.

7. WHY ARE THE AMOUNTS OF ITEMS AND PRICES DIFFERENT FROM ONE SELLER TO ANOTHER?
DUE TO THE INCREASES BOTH WITH EBAY FEES AND PAYPAL FEES AND NOW WITH THE POSTAGE GOING UP EVERY VIEW MONTHS EACH SELLER CHOOSES TO COVER THEIR EXPENSES IN DIFFERENT WAYS. WE HAVE CHOOSE TO TRY AND KEEP THE BUYING PRICE THE SAME ON EVERY AUCTION. THAT IS WHY WE CAN, EVEN WITH THE INCREASES, SOMETIMES OFFER 5, 10 OR 15 ITEMS PER AUCTION. PLEASE BE SURE AND READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING. NOT JUST THE TITLE OF IT. THIS IS WHY EBAY LIMITS OUR TITLE ROOM AND ACTUALLY LETS US GIVE A MORE DETAILED LISTING OF EACH ITEM.
8. WHY DO SOME AUCTIONS HAVE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF ITEMS?
SOMETIMES EBAY LIMITS THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS WE CAN OFFER ON EACH AUCTION LISTING. IF IT IS A FREE ITEM COUPON EBAY ONLY LETS US LIST 2 OF THE ITEM PER AUCTION.
9. WHY DO WE NO LONGER OFFER REFUNDS BUT OFFER CREDIT?
WE DO THIS FOR SEVERAL REASONS:
IN DECEMBER OF 2008 WE HAD SEVERAL CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY NOT GET ITEMS DUE TO HOLIDAY MAILING, NO PROBLEM WE MADE IT RIGHT. BUT WE ALSO HAD OVER 7 WHICH COST US A TOTAL OF OVER $500 IN 3 WEEKS ACTUALLY CLAIM THEY DID NOT GET THE ITEMS AND THEN DAYS LATER AFTER REFUNDING THEM THEY WERE ACTUALLY SELLING THE ITEMS ON EBAY. THIS WAS THE ONLY SOLUTION WE COULD FIND TO THE PROBLEM FOR THE TIME BEING. THIS MAY CHANGE IN THE FUTURE.
10. WHY IS FEEDBACK SO IMPORTANT?
EBAY HAS CHANGED ALOT OF POLICIES THIS YEAR AND THEY HAVE FOR THE MOST PART BEEN GREAT! THE NEW FEEDBACK POLICY IS VERY IMPORTANT NOW. NOT JUST GOOD OR BAD BUT THE NUMBERS YOU RATE ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!

EXAMPLE OF PERFECT FEEDBACK: IF YOU GOT IT AND IT WAS THE RIGHT ITEM LISTED, CHECK THE POSTMARK AND SEE IF IT WAS SHIPPED WITHIN TIME STIPULATED (24 HOURS EXCEPT HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS), IF YOU HAD A QUESTION WAS IT ANSWERED, AND WERE THE SHIPPING & HANDLING COST CORRECT. THEN GIVE THE SELLER THE HIGHEST MARKS AVAILABLE.
EXAMPLE OF LOWER FEEDBACK: IF THE ITEMS WAS INCORRECT YOU RECEIVED, YOU EMAILED WITH NO ANSWER, IT TOOK SELLER A WEEK TO PUT IT IN THE MAIL AND AUCTION STATED 24 HOURS, AND THE SHIPPING COST WAS CHARGED TO YOU HIGHER THAN STATED THEN GIVE LOWER MARKS.
EXAMPLE THAT HAS PROBLEMS:
1. IF YOU MISREAD THE AUCTION OR THE AUCTION DOES NOT STATE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO KNOW AND YOU FAIL TO ASK BEFORE BUYING IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. THE SELLERS LIST SO MANY THINGS SO FAST THEY DO MAKE MISTAKES, SO IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK. IF YOU DON'T AND ASSUME IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, STILL LEAVE HIGHER RATINGS.
2. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND THREATEN THE SELLER WITH BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE THEY WON'T REFUND WHEN THEY NOTE IN AUCTION NO REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, STILL LEAVE HIGHER RATINGS. THEY USUALLY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.
3. IF THE SELLERS SAYS SHIPPING WITH 1 BUSINESS DAY (24 HOURS) CHECK THE POSTMARK IF IT IS CORRECT BUT THE POST OFFICE TAKES LONGER THAN 5 DAYS TO DELIVER. IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT FOR POSTAL ERRORS OR EXTENDED TIME DELIVERIES. STILL LEAVE HIGHER RATINGS.
4. IF THE SELLERS OFFERS FREE SHIPPING AND YOU DON'T PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, YOU STILL GOT IT FOR FREE LEAVE HIGHER RATINGS.
THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR ALL SELLERS RATINGS DUE TO HIGHER NUMBERS GET US BETTER RATES AND MORE DISCOUNTS ON LISTINGS SO WE CAN RETURN THE SAVINGS TO YOU BY KEEPING THE PRICES LOWER. IF SELLERS RATINGS ARE LOWER THEN WE LOOSE OUR DISCOUNTS AND THE PRICES TO BUYERS WILL RAISE TO COVER THE COST.
THIS SOUNDS SO EASY BUT YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THE FEEDBACK PEOPLE WILL LEAVE WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE. WE ARE NOT PERFECT SELLERS BUT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR LIMITS TO MAKE ALL OUR BUYERS HAPPY.
