Welcome! I have been beading with seed beads since I was around 12 or 13 years old. I just love seed beads. With my shop, I am trying to create my favorite bead shop that I used to shop in as a child. They had everything that I needed. When it closed...I was stuck shopping for my seed beading supplies at large, chain craft stores. I could never find the same quality beads or even needles or thread that would work. Since then, I have discovered Toho brand seed beads (and now their wonderful One G thread). We are very proud to carry Toho products. In our store, you will find only quality products that I myself would use. This is a family run business. My husband and I do everything from start to finish. We also have the help of our three children ages 7, 5 and 2 year. But, because of their help, most of our work occurs at nap and bed time! We are always open to questions or comments, so don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks for making the dream of owning my own bead shop come true!
Customer service is our #1 priority. If you have any questions or comments, please pass them on. If you need a specific item, or have an idea for us, let us know! We want to be that one stop bead shop. We are growing steadily, but can't do it without knowing what our customers want.
Shipping is very simple with us. We charge a $2.50 flat shipping and handling fee on all US and Canadian orders. If you buy one item, shipping is $2.50. If you buy more than one item and they ship together, the shipping is $2.50.
We now ship Worldwide!!! As with our US and Canadian orders, we charge a flat shipping fee. International shipping is $6.50 for your total order (as long as it ships together!). Please note that some international purchases may take up to 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. We only accept PayPal on international orders. If you have any questions on our shipping policies please e-mail us.
Please wait for or request an invoice to insure proper shipping charges.
We expect all payments to be made within 7 days of auction end, unless you still have pending auctions or you have worked out a different schedule with us. We will report any auctions not paid for within 10 days to ebay.
