21ST CENTURY LIBRARY IN 19TH CENTURY FARMHOUSE

MATCHING FUNDS!! This is exciting news for Dally Library. The Riverfront Library Association, which governs Dally Memorial Library has been offered the opportunity to receive matching money, up to $50,000 for each dollar riased in the next 12 months. The Dally Library receives NO tax funding. We are totally funded from grants, fund raisers, contributions, and yes, ebay sales! We are also just beginning an Endowment Fund. Our Friends of the Library do tremendous work supporting the library financially and with volunteer hours.

. Opened in 2003 by interested teachers and citizens, the Dally Library now serves over 900 borrowers in our Appalachian community bordering the Ohio River in southeastern Ohio. Our building is a 19th century farmhouse, remodeled into a 21st century library with wonderful computer access to library resources throughout the State of Ohio.

CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE

 Qualified librarian, computers, story hours, access to hundreds of books, yes, we have everything other libraries have, but we have NO source of tax funds.
