Nice Offerings and Fast Shipping is What I am All About!
I am a son of a life-long stamp collector and have lived around stamps all my life. When my father passed away, I started to liquidate his collection and I've been hooked every since.
My goal for every transaction is to offer nice material at reasonable prices while at the same time offering the highest level of customer service possible. Nearly 90% of my business is from repeat buyers which demonstrates my commitment to my customers. I have had lots posted continuously since May 2000.
Most of my items start at ridiculously low prices regardless of value. I want the market to set the price of my items, not me.
What does Customer Service Mean?
Providing a great transaction means providing excellent customer service. I answer ALL e-mails, usually within hours, not days, of receipt. I ship all of my items the same, or very next day. Nobody ships faster than me whether you are 20 or 20,000 miles away. International customers are always welcome!
I always notify when payment has been received and keep a detailed database on every transaction to answer any shipping questions that may arise. I will always refund the full purchase price if my item was not accurately described. I have a scan of each product I am selling to take away some of mystery of buying sight unseen.
Every transaction is very important to me regardless of value and I am not happy unless you are.
