Delivery Policy
We ship our merchandise on Mondays and Thursdays.
We only sell items that are in our stock. We do not ROP SHIP
Orders shipped within the Continental United States, may take up to two weeks.
We do not ship to APO/FPO.

All items are packed carefully/professionally and shipped at buyer risk. All fragile items IE: glassware, china, pottery and all items over $100.00 value, must be insured. We recommend you use insurance to protect your purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are uninsured.
We will combine multiple items to save you shipping costs. To combine shipping costs all the items must be purchased and paid for within 24 hours of the first item that was purchased.
We ship with companies that provide TRACKING and DELIVERY confirmation.

Damaged Items Policy
When you receive your item, open it and inspect for any damage.
If the item has any damage, save the item. Also save all packing material as it may be necessary to process your claim.
Contact us by email within 3 days.
Returns and Satisfaction Policy
All of our items are posted/listed and described to the best of our ability. If you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, please contact us ASAP.
When you are looking at an item and you are not sure of the condition or what the auction includes, or any other questions, please contact us by email before you bid! mndnapier@msn.com
If you are not satisfied with your item contact us within 3 days after receiving the merchandise.
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and you want to return it, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received it.
We reserve the right to replace the item or refund the cost of the product only. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Shipping cost are not refundable.
We work every hard at making you a happy buyer. When we do please leave us a positive feedback and we will return a positive feedback for you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email rather than feedback. Give us the opportunity to makes things right.
If a buyer does not follow through with the transaction within 10 days, a negative feedback and a non-paying buyers report will be filed.
Payment must be made with in 10 days or the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted. A non-paying buyer report will be filed and negative feedback left.
