E-Bay Fees

For sellers on e-bay each sale carries a fee payable to e-Bay
There are e-bay final value fees and listing fees that will be recovered as a result of a cancellation and as per the e-Bay Member Agreement the buyer is held liable for such fees.
E-Bay Penalties
A Non Paying Buyer on e-Bay upon repeated occurrences will be penalized through the member Feedback System, restricted and ultimately suspended off of e-Bay.
Buying and selling on e-Bay is based on an earned and mutually respected honor system that each member is dedicated to and committed to preserve.

Stock and Availability
Most items offered online are stocked and levels are internally monitored by DNR Tech staff for continuing availability.
Items are offered for sale locally and online therefore an item may run out of inventory by the time the listing ends or a purchase is made online.
New Items on occasion may ship from the manufacturer’s warehouse or affiliated stocking distributors where DNR Tech Net may not have full control over the stock levels of goods available to ship. Stock levels may also be affected by manufacturing cycles, shipping cycles and seasonal availability.
In cases an item can not be shipped in a timely fashion we promptly notify the customer and arrange a mutually convenient alternate time of delivery or a full refund will be given.
Payment Details
We allow no more that 10-15 business days for payment arrangements to be made. Please contact us if it will take longer. We will work with you on special arrangements.
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Checks and Credit Cards by Phone using our Merchant Account.
Credit Cards by Phone will require a verification code and issuer toll free number located on the card for verification purposes. Please also give us a return phone number and be available for the Credit Card Company’s phone call for verification.
Money Orders take 2-3 business days to clear. Personal or Business Checks take 7-10 business days.
Canadian Taxes
For Canada we collect the taxes when we invoice the item
For Canada Wide Purchases please add GST
For Ontario add GST and add an additional PST
U.S. Taxes
For US and Internationally shipped items at delivery the receiving party may have to pay regional sales taxes, courier fees, customs fees or duty these charges vary form State to State.
Shipping
The buyer MUST be available to sign for and receive the delivery
Please provide a phone number to submit to the courier for contact in case a delivery could not be completed. After three attempts most couriers will return the package to our warehouse.
All excess shipping charges will have to be paid by the buyer before any returned item can be sent out again.
All items are shipped using Canadian and US Postal service or Courier Service at the flat rate listed in our ads.
Shipments are insured. All prices are in US funds
We will gladly combine auction items to save on shipping!
For CONTINENTAL U.S. and CANADA on items less than 90lb we offer “Guarantied Flat Rate Shipping” what you see is what you pay we will absorb any additional SHIPPING COSTS.
Price includes well-padded or crated package shipped with parcel ID Numbered.
Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario, Canada postal code area L6L 5K8. New Items on occasion may ship from the manufacturer’s warehouse or affiliated stocking distributors. Most distributors that we work with are in a 100km (60mi) geographical radius to our facility.
Item(s) will be shipped usually within 7-10 business days after a payment was received and cleared by PayPal or our Bank

Couriers and Postal Services
On small items shipped by USPS, FedEx, UPS and Canada Post preparation of U.S. or International crossing documentation will be included in the shipping and handling charges paid. For certain geographical areas or certain items the customer will cover the excess cost incurred at the time of delivery to the handling initially paid. This excess fee is usually collected by the courier company and will vary by item or location.
Oversize and Overweight Packages
For large items shipping will be quoted on individual basis.

WorldWide Shipping
For Worldwide Shipping any Advertised Rates are only to serve as a guide. To some remote areas the shipping cost will be significantly higher than advertised or may need extra insurance. If that happens we will disclose any additional charges to the customer for approval before sending the Invoice through e-Bay. International bidders please wait for us to contact you before sending money. If the item has been already paid using the advertised prices and the extra charges are not acceptable we will offer a Money Back Refund.
Brokerage for Pickup Items by Customer Appointed Courier or Freight Company
We can arrange Brokerage for USA including all the required crossing documentation to the US for about $100.00US (the documents will be waiting at the border on behalf of the customer or provided by e-mail or fax to your courier of choice)
If the customer does not take advantage of our service the customer is encouraged to Use a Broker or find out how to self Broker a purchased item upon entry into the U.S.A.
Loading onto a commercial courier or freight truck is only $25.00US

Personal Pickup
Personal pickup is highly recommended. Weekend pickups can be pre arranged at our warehouse (If you can tie the pickup of a large into a weekend trip to Niagara Falls or Toronto Ontario you are raking in on the savings)
Customer Pickup is referred to when a small item is picked up from our showroom or a large item is picked up in a Truck, Trailer, Van or SUV with loading and securing assistance from our warehouse staff.
Pickup fee varies on the size of the items.
For Local pickup pay a minimum $5.00US per Auction Item handling fee for small showroom items.
A $10.00US fee will be charged for large item from our warehouse (typically items in the range of 10-99 lb) and pay no other shipping fees.
Loading onto a commercial courier or freight truck is only $25.00US
Customer pickup and power equipped loading assistance available from our warehouse or depot terminal (typically items 100lb to 300lb) into a Truck, Van or Trailer. Fee is $50.00US
Large items that require special handling will be quoted on individual basis.
Pickup by Non Canadian Residents Sales to non Ontario residents or pickups on behalf of buyers outside Ontario or Canada will be taxed according to Ontario Retail tax Requirements. Regional taxes and Duty for goods leaving Ontario and Canada are claimable at the US point of Crossing. The preparation and processing of such tax refund is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is referred to as deliveries in our geographic are Southern Ontario Canada covered by our local fleet and service personnel typically about 30 mi (50km) radius For Local delivery pay a minimum of $10.00US per Auction Item for small items, and $10.00US to $50.00US for large item up to 100lb ($10.00/20lb) from our warehouse and pay no other shipping fees. Items over 100lb will be quoted on individual basis. Items must be pre paid and payment must be cleared by the time of delivery or provide cash at the time of delivery.
Depot to Depot Delivery
A cost-effective alternative to transport your purchase to your location is a Depot delivery to a Freight Terminal in your area (your Zip Code area or the closest possible Depot Location) for The delivery can be quoted with Insurance and brokerage included.
Loading
Commercial Freight Truck loading with assistance by our warehouse staff at trailer dock level using with fork lift or load moving equipment. At Minimum loading will be $25.00US. Loads over 1000lb will be quoted on individual basis.
Large Items Shipped by Freight Couriers
Handling, loading, packing or crating and shipping of large items will be quoted on individual basis depending on size and weight. Basic warehouse handling capacities are up to 3000lb Loads over 3000lb may require additional equipment, contractors and riggers and will be quoted and scheduled on individual basis.
Arrange your own Freight
You may also have freight quoted from Postal Code L6L 5K8 Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
We found that US Freight Couriers are Competitively Pricing Shipments from Canada since our loads are inbound to US buyers and commonly less expensive.
Items must be pre paid and payment must be cleared by the time of pickup or provide cash at the time of pickup.
Gift Items
We will ship an item to a third party address as a Gift Item. In case the item is purchased AS A GIFT it is possible to pre pay the taxes and brokerage fees with the courier or the transportation company handling the shipping for the recipient to pay no money out when receiving the item. Please inquire!
Refund and Return Policy
Full Money Back Refund
A full money back refund will be given on transactions where items were not yet delivered.
Mutual Agreement not to Complete a Transaction
A mutual agreement between us and the buyer “Not to Complete the Transaction” must be processed on e-Bay first. The agreement is necessary for us as the seller to recover our e-bay listing fees paid to e-bay and to recover any final value fees (FVF) owing to e-Bay as a result of the sale. If the buyer is unwilling to cooperate in the process fees un-recovered at the time of a refund payment will be retained by DNR Group.
PayPal Instant Refund
Following the successful E-bay Dispute Closure use PayPal’s “Item not received” or “item not as described” Dispute Resolution System initiate the refund process. Instant Money Back Refunds will be sent if any open disputes are closed on e-Bay. The receipt of the refund by the buyer will automatically close the PayPal Dispute.
Refunds for forms of payment other than PayPal
A Check will be mailed to the customer for all other forms of Payment including Credit Cards processed by phone through our Merchant Account.
14 Day - Money Back Return Policy
If an Item has been delivered and received by the buyer
Money Back Refund will be given within 14 days of the time of delivery minus the cost of shipping upon return of item. Returns will carry a 5% restocking fee and will be accepted on an "unopened box" for all electronic and computer related items or "opened box with all original materials" on other consumer or industrial products.
Buyer pays for all return shipping charges to our warehouse. Shipment must be insured. Manufacturer's Warranty
Will be handled according to each manufacturer's return, repair and/or replacement policy.
Return Process for Refund, Warranty Returns and Returns for Repair

Any manufacturer’s warranties offered will be clearly stated on new items or if used and still carry any balance of manufacturer warranty.

Liquidation Items
All Liquidation auction sales are final we do not accept any returns unless specified in the ad.
Please note that Auction Style Listings starting at 0.99$ or significantly below the actual fair market value of the product are considered Liquidation Items and Only returns for Manufacturer Warranties will be accepted
Other Final or Liquidation Sale ads on Used, Untested items will be clearly identified as “Final Sale” or “Liquidation Sale” and our regular return or refund policy will not apply.
