We've been selling online since 2004, and pride ourselves on our professionalism.
What we do and don't do....
- We do answer every email we receive, usually within a couple of hours (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm GMT)
- We do keep our prices as lean as possible
- We do ship your order quickly - usually all orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day
- We do give you clear images and descriptions so that you know exactly what you're buying
- We do mess up every now and then (well - we may as well be honest! No-one is perfect and we make the odd mistake just like everyone does! The main thing is that we will always sort it out!)
- We don't sell gear which we wouldn't use ourselves (we're gigging musicians too)
- We don't overcharge on postage. Standard postage is FREE, faster services can be optionally selected in checkout. If you buy more than 1 item, we give you 5% off the whole order total.
So we like to think that we offer something just a little different to most of the huge, faceless online music stores. If you have any queries - just sing up. We'll just be in the back watching old Emmanuelle videos and eating Horseradish Sauce sandwiches.....

RETURNS
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrectly Sent Goods
If the item in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt. If the goods are returned faulty after 3 working days from receipt, they will be covered by warranty.
UK Buyers: We'll give you a returns authorisation code and a Freepost address to return the item to (we pay charges)
Outside UK: We'll give you a returns authorisation code and an address to return the item to. We will refund the cost of return shipping once it lands back with us. (Freepost services aren't available from outside the UK!)
As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and replace it by return post. Refunds are not available.
Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong thing you must inform us with 7 working days of receipt. We will give you a returns authorisation code and address to return the item to - you must pay all costs for returning unwanted items. You have a legal obligation to return the goods in resaleable condition.
As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and refund the original item cost. Refunds will be made to the payment method you originally used.
Warranty Returns
Should your item fail within a 1 year period from receipt, we will give you a returns authorisation code and address to return the item to. You must pay all costs for returning warranty repairs to us, and also send your original receipt/invoice with the item. Once we receive the item, it will be checked and we will repair or replace the item. We will pay all costs for sending the repaired/replaced item back to you. Refunds are not available for warranty returns.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most items placed before 11am are shipped the same working day, but do please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. Same day dispatch is NOT guaranteed unless we offer the 'Get it Fast' option. We have little control over how long Royal Mail / our couriers take to deliver, but here are some guidelines based on the delivery service you choose. Please note: These times are from us shipping the item, not from when you place the order!
UK Deliveries
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: 3-5 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: Following working day by 1pm
CityLink Courier: Following working day by 5pm
Rest of the World Deliveries
Royal Mail Airmail Standard: 5-7 working days
Royal Mail Airmail Signed For (Trackable): 5-7 working days

I want more than 1 of this item. How do I do it?
Most of our Buy It Now listings have quantity of more than 1 available. If there aren't enough available, we will post more back onto eBay instantly (providing we have the stock to do so!)
How do I get my order total? I want to combine my purchases, combine my shipping, and make one payment.
Paying for your purchases is easy! Hit 'Buy it Now' on all the items you want, and then press the 'Pay Now' button which is found either at the top of an item page which you have bought, or in 'My eBay' - and then you'll be taken to checkout. In our checkout page, all your purchases will be combined into one order with reduced postage and a link provided to pay by Paypal, credit card or debit card (PayPal only outside the UK)
How is shipping computed on multiple items, exactly?
All items come with no shipping charges for our standard delivery services. Optional (usually faster) upgrades are available in the checkout. If you order more than 1 item, the entire order total is discounted automatically (during checkout) by 5%.

Our eBay Customer Service Dept is contactable by e-Mail only - please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' link in eBay. e-Mails are answered Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm GMT - no replies can be guaranteed outside these times. We manually filter spam, so if we receive an e-Mail, you will get a reply during our opening hours. If you don't have a reply, please check your Junk Filter, and re-send your e-Mail if necessary as we can't have received it here! |
