for auction by dano-newsong are described
accurately to the best of my ability. If you ever have any questions or concerns
about any of my auctions please email
me before bidding. I will be more than happy to answer any questions or help
you out anyway I can. Payments
accepted: This is always listed on the auctions. PayPal
is usually the only payment accepted unless otherwise noted. Check
the "Shipping
and payment details" section of the auction. Insurance:
Insurance is optional for most auctions, but highly recommended in case something
ever happens to your merchandise while in transit. You and I are not held accountable
once your merchandise has my left my hands for any disgruntled postal employees'
actions, natural disasters, damages, loss, etc., therefore optional insurance
is available. The choice is up to you. Your merchandise is usually insured through
self-insurance and only occasionally the USPS insurance, generally because self-insurance
is faster and easier for you to get a replacement item this way. Please note that
on some auctions I may require your merchandise to be insured, and in that case
it is clearly marked on the auction. Shipping
& Handling: I take pride in my shipping and handling. If you have browsed
my feedback you probably have noticed that I do ship quickly and take extra care
in packaging delicate items that require the extra tender loving care I give them
so that they will arrive to you in good condition. Shipping & Handling (S&H)
charges are always listed in the "Shipping and payment details" section.
The S&H pays not only for the postage, but also for the packaging, labels,
packaging materials, my time to pack the items, the gas to drive to the post office
so I can get your item to you quickly,
etc. I always ship out merchandise within two business days after
I have receive a cleared payment. Business days are always considered as Monday
through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays are not considered business
days of course. After
you have won a dano-newsong auction: The BUY IT NOW auctions are usually immediate
payment, otherwise you should receive an invoice from eBay on my behalf. The easiest
way to pay is to click the PAY NOW button in the invoice and pay with PayPal if
it's not a BUY IT NOW auction and you have already paid. If I can help you out
in any way, just let me know! The
winning bidder is expected to make payment immediately or as noted in the payment
instructions.
I always send out an email
confirmation (SHIPPING NOTICE) shortly after payment is received/cleared,
that will let you know I have received payment and when your merchandise
will be shipped out. Most items will also receive a confirmation number
that can be checked online for their merchandise at no charge. Note
that I am off during the weekends and holidays.

If you have paid for an
auction and
haven't received an email from me stating I received your payment within
two business days of when I should have received it: I
always send out an email confirmation shortly after payment is received/cleared.
If you didn't get the SHIPPING NOTICE email, Let
me know!
If for
some reason you still haven't received my merchandise in a reasonable amount of
time, but you have received the SHIPPING NOTICE email from me, please
check the electronic confirmation number in the email sent (if one was supplied)
to see if it helps. If you lost the email or need help, please
contact
me! For continental USA the max time for shipments to arrive
should be approx 7 +/- business days depending on the mail class. For International
deliveries it varies greatly from 10 +/- business days to 2 months for some reason.
My

my best to offer you excellent customer service! If I can help you out
