We are a 'Mom and Pop' (David and Julia) operation who started selling on eBay to thin out a gigantic collection of DVDs -- personal and inherited from family members. We've been slowly adding other items to the mix over the last year; either from 30 years of being practicing pack rats, or from inventory "deals" we just couldn't pass up!
As Julia is slowly approaching retirement, and David has been forced out of work due to an injury resulting in physical disability, we are working on building an online business to both stay active and supplement retirement. We are currently active selling (and buying!) on eBay, PlunderHere and ePier while designing and building our own web store.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY: We want anybody who buys from us to have the same positive experience my wife and I seek when we buy on eBay. We want you to be satisfied! If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may elect to return it for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping not included) by notifying us, by email, of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must be repacked and returned in the same condition as shipped, postage paid. Upon return receipt we will refund the purchase price within 24 hours.
FEEDBACK POLICY: We generally prefer to withhold giving feedback until the buyer leaves feedback indicating they are satisfied with the transaction. If you have questions or dissatisfaction with the transaction please contact us and let’s see if we can’t resolve any issues prior to feedback by either party. If, after trying to resolve any issues you are still unhappy with us feel free to leave feedback reflecting that. We DO NOT give retaliatory negative feedback when it isn't warranted. If we can’t make things right with you, we’ll evaluate our own operation to avoid problems on our end for the future -- not seek childish revenge.
PREFERRED PAYMENT: We prefer PayPal. We will accept the following with certain understandings: 1) USPS Postal Money Orders accepted as cash and will ship within 24 hours of receipt (Sundays and Holidays excluded); 2) Commercial Money Orders (i.e., American Express), bank checks and personal checks will be held until cleared by our bank. Payment arrangements must be made within three (3) days of the close of the auction.
