With each charm I finish and polish up, I am truly touched with best wishes and hopes for the person I'm sending them too. My charms are not "assembly lined" out. I take alot of time and care to make sure that every charm is a beautiful keepsake, and they are very reasonably priced. As I look around I see no reason to charge as much as others do. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE INFORMATION

U.S. buyers: Flat S&H rate of $4.60 Priority Mail for an unlimited number of charms or bracelets purchased and mailed together. Preferred payment is PayPal, and all items purchased must be paid for with one payment. Canada or Mexico Customers: Flat S&H rate of $9.00for an unlimited number of charms or bracelets purchased and mailed together. All other countries, $11.00 Flat Rate. International buyers MUST USE PAYPAL and all items purchased must be paid for with one payment. Overnight Express shipping is offered at a flat rate of $16.25. I charge nothing for packaging, only true shipping costs. I do not require insurance, but it is available for $1.30.

By purchasing this item the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Buyer is to pay all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. Payment in full must be received before charms will be made.

RETURN POLICY

In the rare event that you should have a problem with your order, YOU MUST NOTIFY ME BY EMAIL WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER TO MAKE A CLAIM, otherwise your order will be deemed to have been received in good condition. Refunds are given as replacements. Original charms must be returned to me before replacement, and return postage paid on the replacement. Please note** Charms are not waterproof, and are not to be exposed for prolonged periods to heat or sunlight. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt by the customer only with management's prior approval. You will not be refunded shipping and handling.
