It is my policy to make eBay a fun place and experience for buyers.
As an average individual, I have a full-time job. On the side, I run an eBay business.
As for feedback, every eBayer depends on it. Feedback helps business grow and establishes your reputation. I appreciate eBayers who provide feedback in a timely manner; I also abide by that same notion.
In the instance that you may have an issue or problem with an item purchased from me, I ask that you please contact me first and bring it to my attention before leaving feedback. I would like to have the opportunity to resolve it as you would too if I was the purchaser.
Another thing I appreciate is prompt payments; if you haven't made contact with me within 7 days of purchasing my items, I will create a dispute with eBay so that the item can be reposted.
REGARDING REFUNDS...
Here are my guidelines on refunds. If a refund is requested, depending on the transaction and circumstances, I will refund the bidding price; and sometimes just half of it. This will include a dispute from eBay so that I can get my "Final Value Credit"; that means that eBay won't charge me the full price for selling the item, keep this in mind.
Please note that I do not provide refund for shipping and handling charges, if you do not agree with these terms please do not bid on my items. I buy all my receivers from a public auction so I own them but that doesn't mean that they are not tied to a leased or a contract.
