Winning bidders are asked to contact us within two business days. We prefer payment by credit card via our own merchant account, or by company check with an approved account. We do accept PayPal, cashier check, money orders and other mutually agreed upon methods upon approval by PTI. |

Sales Tax is charged only within the State of Texas 8.25%. No handling fees are charged by PTI on shipping or palette quantity freight orders. |
| Shipping |
Normal freight or shipping charges apply to all orders and are paid by Buyer. We always ship at the lowest possible cost except at buyers request for specific method, shipper or freight line. We will ship to Worldwide. We do not profit from freight. |
| Delivery |
Items are released to the shipping department for dispatch immediately upon clearance of payment. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days. Due to manufacturing and production schedules and varying product demand, possible short term backorders can occur. We strive to keep our customers informed on the status of their order. |
| Refunds & Returns |
Refunds are offered if a customer is not satisfied. Returned material must be in sealed and merchantable condition. Requests for refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from PTI. Buyer is responsible for all freight or shipping charges associated with the return. |
