A Bit About Me
Hi, although I'm a VAT registered business and pay tax on my earnings, eBay is still a bit of an enjoyable hobby for me, but that said, I do take customer service very seriously. I don't expect to be making massive profits either (sorry Mr Tax Man), so you can always be sure of a good deal with me.
I only stock products that a) - I like, and b) - are of good quality. My registered charity is Help For Heroes (A charity to help wounded soldiers), and you will see that many of my items automatically donate to them.
Postage
I charge Post & Packing at cost + a small packing charge, except for the items marked free P+P of course!! I always use new packing materials and jiffy bags, except for the items marked free P+P, which will be used but in good condition. Postage for multiple items will be based on weight (i.e. what the Royal Mail is going to charge me) plus a small packing charge which will be applied only once. Please bear in mind that I don't usually ship on a Saturday.
Payment
If you pay by Paypal your item will usually be posted the next day. If paying by Cheque please allow 5-7 days for the cheque to clear, buyers with a + feedback of over fifty, and who pay by cheque, will have their items posted immediately. I always email to say when the item has been posted.
I'm also a member of the UK Fairtrader Scheme, so you can be sure of good service. I am also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses.
