TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONDITIONS FOR ALL AUCTIONS BY DAVESARCADE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION

1. All items offered for sale are SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY unless otherwise stated in the items description. Items that have been fully or partially tested will be stated as such and you should bid accordingly.

2. Items do not include any accessories, power cords or manuals except for what is shown in the picture(s) or what is stated in the item's description.

3. If you have any questions concerning the item offered please contact me prior to bidding at pinfan@excite.com. Once the auction has ended the high bidder is expected to complete the transaction reguardless of any questions he or she neglected to ask.



TERMS FOR ALL AUCTIONS BY DAVESARCADE

1. Bidder's will be contacted within three days of auction end as per Ebay's guidelines.

2. All payments must be made within ten days of the auctions end.

3. Payments made by money order will ship within 24 business hours. All customers will be notified via email as to when their item ships.

4. Be sure to include your shipping address and the Ebay item number with all payments. Money orders, cashiers checks in U.S. dollars are the only forms of payments excepted.

5. Appropriate feedback will be left only after confirmation of receipt of the item. I reserve the right to leave neutral or negative feedback as the individual case warrents.

6. Non paying bidders can expect a "Non-paying Bidder Alert" from Ebay and negative feedback from me without exception.
