My children with me, Summer of 2008
|
First of all, my name is not Bertha and in my part of Tennessee, we do not have basements. I chose this name because I was looking for a catchy, memorable name with alliteration. Something to help you remember: this is where to find a bargain!
I am a SAHM of three lovely children (a boy and two girls). I am also the wife of a Marine Pilot, which is what led me to start selling on E-bay.
When my husband left for Iraq for the 3rd time, I decided I needed a hobby. I love to shop...I especially love to buy clothes and toys for my kids. I live in an area where I have access to hundreds of stores...and hundreds of bargains. And when I find a great bargain...I love to share it! That (in a nutshell) is how and why I started selling on E-bay.
I try to make customer service my main priority. That's the beauty of E-bay...you as the buyer are dealing directly with the CEO of the company you are buying from. With that kind of access, you should get top notch service! I try to communicate often with my buyers. I also try to ship as soon as I possibly can. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem, please contact me before leaving feedback...we can always work something out!
About Feedback: I will leave it when I know you are satisfied with your purchase. I truly strive to make my customers happy, which is evidenced by my Detailed Seller Rating being nearly all 5 stars in all 4 categories. I have been selling for many years and until 2007, never had a dissatisfied customer. However, I have learned that some buyers try to bully sellers into changing their policies/price/shipping with the threat of negative feedback, and unfortunately, I have experienced it firsthand.
I am very laid back and rarely leave negative FB. I'd like to keep "My Feedback Left" with few negatives, too, so let's be kind and decent to one another and life will be so much easier! I am an honest seller and if I misrepresent something and you contact me before leaving a negative, I will make it right!
