I am a human beng having a human experience.

Having said all that; I am a father, brother, and son. 

I have a wonderful family and when I am not working to provide a home and livelihood for I help others plan businesses or work on various investment plans always with a context to help others and work for win/win situations. 

I have learned thus far that I can often help people, but the reward for that is more personal and financial.  I do not believe in taking advantage of people just because they are ignorant of the knowledge that I have.  I feel a responsibility to help people with what I know, not just profit from what I know which can be a catch 22 in typical business and investing.

I've learned a lot about business and investing.  Lots of people are making money selling information on how to make money. 

Being successful in life and in business/investing requires something deeper than the new "angle" in real estate, etc. It requires something hinted about in books, often taught but people miss it.

In response to this I am becoming an author, and coach around what I call "What Works" principles.   These are spiritual, business and practical things.  I've even in jest founded the "The Church of What Works", or "The Church of What Ever Works". 

This is my tribute to being inspired to create a Truth and Divinity filter to help me sort out some of human kind's deepest problems that have caused great human suffering and conflict. 

It's some really good stuff that challenges the "norm" of any religious belief system.  I look forward to someday publishing a book that explores that in great detail along with about 20 or so writing projects!  <laugh>

I have to re-write and release a report that was selling and I was getting positive feedback on, but eBay advised me it was not totally compliant with one of their many rules. 

I will be re-releasing the report as a "weight loss" report.

Within that new report will be information on how to join me in a successful business that revolves around simple health and nutrition.

I discovered something powerful - weight loss that works with just some very simple changes. 

It been quite amazing actually.  Ie tested this insight and secret over Thanksgiving and Christmas eating extravaganzas in 2005.  The results have been, I still lost about 1.5 lbs, and maintained weight, and did not gain weight.  I usually gain as much as 10 lbs during the holiday season, a yo-yo effect I have had all of my life.  I have some good and original hat worksreports in the works.

Since October 2005, I've lost about 30 lbs, effortlessly

I have not changed my exercise patterns (i.e. I don't exercise) but now that I am less heavy I seem to have more energy and I am considering adding exercise to what I am doing because it makes sense to do so, and I have more energy to do so.  It's kind of interesting.

I didn't really make a lot of food changes, i.e. I didn't go on any food "diet" program, but I did learn to listen to my body's signals and that was one of the keys I believe for my what appears to be long term success.  I've discovered something that not only works, but works for someone like me who has "tried" lots of stuff with short term success, but this I can live with and enjoy my life.  Most programs took too much discipline or went against my natural way of eating.  I did have to make some minor changes, but not necessarily with "what" I was eating.  I've tested this myself - not a clinical thing, but what works for me kind of thing.  I think my report when it is re-released will help a lot of people change their lives.

I have several very important projects I am working on and I am soon going to sell an antique book to the highest bidder for a starting bid of $10,000,000 or better. 

I have a dear friend that needs $2 million dollars to launch a business that addresses many powerful environmental problems, that if not addressed will most  likely inspire legislation in California that will put a lot of small to midsized farmers out of business.   There are many industry applications for this sleeper environmental and organic technology that are important to the world.  It's the first thing I plan on doing if my auction is successful.  This is a business that I want to help launch in California, then roll out to all 50 states, and then take international.  It has application when there are nautral disasters.  When I first met this man as a client of mine, now 8+ years ago, I thought to myself (this man is going to change our food supply and our environment) - I had no idea how right on I was.  This is a project and a man that needs the opportunity to "just do it".   He deserves the opportunity, and we, deserve the benefits of what he knows, has developed, is aquiring and his vision when "organics" was not so popular 20+ years ago.

Helping Wave is an idea I had about 5 years ago.  It will revolutionize how we human beings on planet Earth help each other.  There are lots of legal questions, and I have to hire some web programmers but I have an idea that I believe will transform how we help each other in: life, emergencies, jobs, and business.  This is a huge project with transformational possibilities for our society.  It needs funding and I will be setting aside a million dollars to launch this project.

My father passed away in November of 2005.  He was a hard working man who owned a Mink Farm most of his life, got started in that business by taking live stock in trade for a sale of something.  After a lifetime of work, the adult children of a late in life marriage systematically liquidated his entire estate, his farm, savings, and personal property, in fact I have no idea the extent of what has occurred.  I like to find out.  I honoring this painful mess:

I want to establish a foundation/business that investigates and recovers such atrocities played against families as well as provide education and legal referral and/or help to protect family legacies from being stolen.  

This foundation will help people understand how to protect their estates from probate and all the things that eat up what throughout history has been legacy of resources passed down from generation to generation.  I have created what I call ontextualdirectives for Trustee and Executors.  Parents and Grandparents of wealth have common concerns regarding passing on financial resources and power to children and grandchildren.

Applying hat Worksconcepts for parenting and inspiring adult children in positive ways so that heirs are prepared to responsibly step into their financial resources to not only take care of themselves and manage their assets, but also get in touch with growing and creating their own legacies and impacting their communities and world in a positive way.  This foundation will most likely be tied closely to Helping Wave.  I and my family will be the first client and we will establish a model for investigation and recovery for others to use in their lives and a package to help people make sure what happened to my family does not happen to them.

Finally, I want to take care of my family.  Ie been unemployed since March 2000, living in Portland Oregon.  Having had a great areerin technology and with technology jobs going offshore or near shoret has been a struggle to survive.  I should of declared bankruptcy prior to the laws changing, but I rather simply pay off my debts fairly.  The balance of funds will be held in reserve (after taxes and eBay fee <laugh> as applicable).

I desire to pay back even the lenders who took a loss when they foreclosed on my property.  I realize this is not "required" by law, but I am a firm believer that "Law" is not all it can be.  Law has become like a "God" during the last 4,000 years, and it has it's place, but really if we want to live contexts like "Of the people, for the people, by the people" then the "people" have to return to "doing the right thing" when they are in a position to do so, and be compassionate when they are in a position to do so. 

Many businesses, governments and people have forgotten this and I want to set an example.  I hope this auction will get a lot of media attention.  The more this auction generates in financial power the more possibility I have to make a difference.  If it runs up to 1 billion dollars (wouldn't that be a kick) I'll accept a payment plan <laugh> though I am sure eBay will demand their fee's up front <laugh>.  The point is, I know what I will do with it, and I can simply do more.

All my projects are being modeled around being self sustaining rather than constantly "needing" more funding through donations.

I have a dear friend who believed in me and took a risk that didn't pay off for him.  In reflection we made some mistakes, did some things wrong, got some bad "professional" advice.   I deeply desire to repay him, though "technically" I don't have too.  I will make good his belief in me. 

Why?, well if I am successful in this auction, what I write here will be publicized and people will follow up to see, if I honor my word and intentions.  Bankrutpcy was suppose to be a mechanism to protect people and give them a fresh start to restart their lives.  It's become something different from that and it's moving in a bad direction (my opinion).   

I believe that good people if and when they "make it" should go back and at least repay principle, not necessarily "usury", something that use to be against the law in the United States - a "biblical" thing, surprise, surprise that most of that belief system seem to have fogotten.  There was a scene in the movie "Cinderella Man" that demonstrates what I am talking about here.  We need to inspire "the people" to be prosperous again, something that was and I believe is still the root foundation of our countries strength.

This context of people being strong as inspired me to create a radical management and compensation approach for business.  It is a totally different way of looking at business, and human resources which I believe can transform business globally.  It applies Helping Wave contexts to business in a very powerful way.  I will be testing this in the business projects mentioned.

  Right now it's theory, but it's powerful in some of the simulations I have run.

I want to set an example, for my kids, and for the contexts that I learned about during the last few years of my life.  This is a 2nd chance for my life to make a difference in the process and to take all that I have learned from my good decisions and my poor decisions to help others.  What I am discussing here is transformational for me and my family.

There are a lot of people who because of lack of knowledge loose their homes (like I did after I lost my job), that do not need to.  We have predatory lending practices and laws that allow such practices to exist.   

There are many people hurting in the United States and the World today.  I have some great stuff to publish that will help people to help themselves to help people, which will help their communities, which will help their state, which will help our Nation, which will help other countries do the same.

I believe these projects can transform our lives, communities, Nation and our world without bullets, without political upheaval.  

These projects address core issues of our civilization as human beings:  our environment, global food supply, and our hearts and souls as human beings through our helping each other and growing beyond political and religious intrigues that have cause human suffering and war for thousands of years.
