Marla Goodman's, Goodwoman Higher End... MY BEST FRIEND AND EBAY HELPER I live in the Land O' NIKE, Columbia Sportswear, Pendleton, Adidas, Hanna Andersson & other quality, must have, labels. This element, along with no sales tax, allows me to buy incredible merchandise at incredible prices AND pass those savings on to you. I aspire to meet the needs of the many not the few and as such, I carry a wide variety of merchandise...vintage, famous label, high end designer, etc. THAT'S RIGHT...I ALWAYS GET THE FISH!!! My customer service philosophy. Many moons ago...or, "in my other life", as I often reference...I worked for Nordstrom. While, I think the competitive environment and philosophy at the time worked for the company and most employees, I really did care about making the customer happy rather than what my paycheck looked like. As such, I often backed down when someone challenged me regarding whom customer "B" belonged to...SCARY! However, the environment opened a world of quality clothing and service that I did not know existed. It was here that I came to appreciate the concept that it was okay to expect excellent customer service (CS) when I part with my money. Also, it is completely acceptable to expect to receive what I pay for...both from a CS perspective and receiving the item I paid for. I follow this philosophy as a seller. I do my best to go above and beyond and deliver no less then I would expect...and I'm a pretty tough cookie. Bottom line, if my customers are not happy then I'm not happy or, as my husband says, if Momma's not happy, then nobody's happy. My home and environment are non-smoking and kitty-kat free. My office is dog free...and we have standard poodles that are shed and dander free. If necessary, I have all my merchandise washed or dry cleaned and mended prior to listing. If there is an issue that cannot or has not been resolved prior to selling I will not sell it or will indicate it in the item description. I do look my items over very well at my various selling process stages (ie., purchase, photo and prior to shipping). If I have a lot of merchandise that I need to list I may miss something...trust me please, this is never intentional. I would much prefer to have my seamstress repair a torn seam for $2 rather than have an unhappy customer. I buy from eBay as well and know that my customer is above and beyond most others I have purchased from. A few examples of poor customer service that I have experienced are... purchasing a designer cashmere sweater that when received reeked of perfume and was "pilled"...this item was listed in excellent condition!
