Tissue Decoupage Papers Terra Cotta

I Love to Paint!  If if doesn't move, I will paint it, does that include teenagers?  Because of my love of paint and lack of time I wanted to find a way to design items that looked painted.  Stencilling was a good way to go, but did not give me the painted look.  I had tried decoupage when I was young, and did not care for the finished product.  Decoupage is a beautiful art, but you have to spend considerable time, on the final coat, sanding and reapplying, and still the images can looked raised like paper.

I also sell my Hand Crafted Venetian Masks on this site.  I have always loved mask making and after selling many masks have decided to bring it to e-bay.
