1. Who are you???
I am someone who has spent a lot of time working in sales. I recently switched to an office job to have better hours for my family. I am married and I have 2 children-a daughter and a son. I love a good bargain almost as much as I love passing them along. I am really enjoying Ebay. Ebayers are the absolute BEST!

2, What do you sell and where do you get your items?
I sell a variety of items. I started out with leather items but have decided to add an assortment of other things as well. I would never sell something that I wouldn't buy myself and I am very picky. I search "high and low" literally for the best prices so that I can pass the savings along to you. I buy some of my items from the factory. You will find all of my items to be new and have fresh packaging unless otherwise noted. I do occasionally sell some of my personal clothing and any of you who have ever purchased my clothing lots know what a great deal you can get there. I don't buy clothes to resell. . . . .I have too many of my own that still have tags attached! :-)

3. Have you ever had any negative feedback?
I have had 3 negative feedbacks. One was strictly a seller who was getting even with me after I left a negative for her. I just couldn't let her get away with misrepresenting an item and it cost me a negative feedback also.
The second one was from a buyer who I truly believe had not received her item She was emailing me and I was responding but for some reason (spam filter, email problems, etc.) she was not receiving my responses. She left the negative before she realized what was happening. Please know that if you do not receive a response to your email there is some other problem!!! I answer my email.
I try really hard in the customer service department. If you have any problems with a purchase please notify me. You will find that I am a very fair and reasonable person.

4. What is your return policy?
As a rule I do not accept returns. However, if I have misrepresented an item or there is a problem with the item I do accept returns. Confusing huh?!?! The short version is this: If you just simply change your mind I won't take the item back as a return. I try my best to describe my items accurately. I am only human and may make a mistake along the way. If I do, I will make it right.

5. What are your shipping policies?
As of right now I am only shipping within the United States. I normally ship within 24 hours of received payment unless, of course, the payment is over the weekend.

6. How can I pay you?
