have not received the email yet what can I do?

auction has just ended or you used buy-it-now, you can checkout using the "CLICK

than Dutch Auctions or Bundles - we do not offer combined shipping. Since we ship
each item on a separate invoice, and items may ship from multiple warehouses we cannot easily
combine multiple orders. |
| Can I pickup my order?
| Many items are shipped
from 3rd party warehouses in other locations so will-call orders are not be available. |
What
warranty is offered for this item
| Since we sell both new and used items, we cannot guarantee that any item has a manufacturer warranty, Although many items that are advertised as NEW or Factory Sealed may be still be under the manufacturer original warranty - If this is the case, please contact the manufacturer first, if an item requires service. All other items are sold AS-Advertised, with no warranty.
Dealtree guarantees the item you purchase is in the condition advertised in the
listing, or you may return it for replacement.
Dealtree cannot offer refunds unless a replacement is not available. We do not
refund the cost of shipping and handling.
If you are not happy with the condition of the item you receive from us we will make a
reasonable attempt to make it right with you. - We want repeat customers!
