Well known Laguna Beach, California, artist and social activist Debi Cortez, who is also known as Dezigns by Zetroc is selling her art jewelry in her e-bay store!  You may of bought art jewelry from her in Laguna Beach CA from the early 1980's through the early 2000's when she sold in her own gallery and in the art fairs in Laguna Beach. Debi is again actively making new art jewelry and selling her inventory of art jewelry to help fund her PhD.  She has been  in graduate school and now has graduated with her masters degree in Psychology (Summer, 2006).  She is now working on her (PhD) doctorate and is selling jewelry again to fund her doctorate  thesis  on the problems of the chronically homeless. Debi Cortez owned Zetroc Ancient Art Galley in Laguna Beach, California  and successfully sold in the local Laguna Beach Arts and Crafts shows since the early1980's. History/background I have been making jewelry since the 1960's when I was a teenager. I use beads, stones, semi-precious gems, metals, vintage peices, found objects and make one of a kind jewelry. I never make two peices of jewelry alike. I owned a gallery in Laguna Beach, California and have sold in art fairs and shows since the 1980's. Because of November, 2007 problems in communication and some feedback I feel I need to state my policies and conditions clearly in each new listing, so here it goes. Payment policy I like all my payments made through pay pal, it eliminates the hassle.... COMMUNICATION: Non paying bidders:By your bidding you are agreeing to all of Dezigns by Zetroc terms and conditions. If payment is not received within 7 days after the close of this auction you will automatically be in default and your right to the item(s) will be forfeited.  Unless prior arrangements are made, Zetroc  will file a non-paying bidder alert to eBay which can result in your being suspended indefinitely.   Shipping information You have many items with FREE SHIPPING and If you use the BUY IT NOW Option you get FREE SHIPPING in the USA. Or if you buy two or more items with a subtotal over $39.00 you will get free shipping. Everyone else pays standard shipping fees based on the average cost of processing a sale and shipping it anywhwere in the USA. My shipping policy is firm and nonnegoiable. So...If you BID and WIN or make a best offer; you pay my low standard shipping fee for the first item and only $2.00 for each additional item BOUGHT the same day. Return policy: Your satisfaction is Zetrocs top priority I accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase once you get it, the small print is you pay all shipping & handling both to you and back to me.  Please be advised that Zetroc Dezigns is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail, that are not insured by you. Lost or Damaged in the mail is a post office problem and they have a refund process you need to use. Buy insurance if you don't trust the post office. I find them reliable myself. I am not rich, I need my customers to be happy, but I also need them to ask me questions before they buy. I give merchandise credit or cash back and the buyer pays all shipping, postage and insurance both to them and back to me. I ask you to only buy if you love the treasure! Also only make a bid if you can afford it!  Zetroc values all of her  customers who love her treasures and she always offer a no questions asked 100% refund of the purchase price - I repeat that shipping and handling are non refundable.
