All the items online are completely hand crafted and designed by me, Debbie Watton. I have a wealth of experience in sourcing beautiful gemstones and beads following my passion of making jewellery. After many years in customer service, and after attending many jewellery and beading clases, I decided to formalise my experience and knowledge in 2006 by creating the Desirable Elegance brand. The designs are suited for every occasion from the simplest of everyday wear, to the most beautiful sets for those very special occasions. All are exclusive and are not available in the High Street, yet they present fantastic value for money. I aim to provide simple, secure online shopping for beautiful, handcrafted, jewellery incorporating silver, tibetan silver, beads and semi-precious gemstones. I commit to fast and efficient delivery whilst ensuring I communicate with my customers throughout the purchasing and delivery process to make sure your shopping experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible. The pieces are much more beautiful in real life than they appear in their photographs and, as a result, customers are delighted and come back again and again.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
/FONT> Payment - my preferred method of payment is PayPal. But I am also happy to accept payment via the following alternative methods : Personal Cheque and Postal Orders. Please note that I can ONLY accept PayPal from overseas customers in UK PayPal is a secure and easy method and will automatically convert the amount for you. Please note I will only post out items on receipt of cleared funds.
/FONT> Postage Timescale - I endeavour to send all items out within two days of receipt of cleared payment. Please allow 5 days for cheques to clear. Items will only be sent once payment is received and cleared.
/FONT> Postage Method UK - My preferred method of postage is Royal Mail standard post. I obtain proof of posting for all parcels sent. If you would like to insure your parcel then please just let me know by mail and I can update your order accordingly.
/FONT> Postage Method non UK - For shipping outside of the UK my standard shipping option is via Royal Mail airmail.
/FONT> Please note that my postage fees are based on weight and dimensions of the item and include all handling and packaging materials. I endeavour to take care that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
/FONT> Returns nbsp;I operate a returns policy for any item that does not appear as in the listing, providing I am notified within one week of posting. I will be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packaging. The return postage costs would not be included in any refund made. Please note that due to hygiene regulations I can not accept returns on earrings.
