eBay Practices
We strictly adhere to all eBay standards and practices. We try to always leave feedback on all transactions no matter how big or small, however if we neglect to post feedback on a transaction with you a simple email to us will remedy that right away! RESPONSE to the "END OF AUCTION INVOICE" is due in 72 hours, and payment must arrive within 7 days of auction close. We accept personal checks on U.S. buyers who have a feedback rating of 25 or greater with a hold on shipping while the check clears.
For IMMEDIATE SHIPPING pay by credit card, bank transfer or from a cash balance through PAYPAL, or send a cashiers check or money order in U.S. dollars. For us immediate shipping means next business day. Your SATISFACTION GUARANTEED on all items we sell. We will refund the amount of your bid if we can not make you happy. Just ship the item back within three days of receipt. Buyer pays exact shipping both ways. Any damage in shipping claim is between the buyer and the shipper. While we stand behind the QUALITY of our items, we can not stand behind UPS or the Postal Service when they damage your item. That is why we insure all shipments for you! You will get your refund from the shipper if there is damage or they lose your item. We are not locked into any one shipping method, so if you have a preference please let us know! Usually we use USPS on small items and UPS on large, bulky or heavy items. We recycle packing materials whenever possible to save you money and to protect the environment!
Our Guarantee
We guarantee every item we sell to be as described and in working condition for a period of 3 days from receipt. We want you to be happy, so we offer a no questions asked guarantee on everything we sell. If for any reason whatsoever you wish to return any item, do so by emailing us a notice that you are returning the items and then ship the item back to us in same manner as the item was received. All returned items must be in the same condition as received. For example, if we ship out a nice clean item that isn't broken, don't return it dirty or broken. Please remember items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper, not us. If you damage it, then that is your responsibility. Once your item is received, we will refund your money in the same manner in which we were paid. For example, pay us by Paypal and we will refund via Paypal. Should an item malfunction through normal use within 3 days, we will refund the amount of your bid. We do not offer replacement items as most of what we sell are one of a kind items. Our guarantee does NOT cover abuse of any items and they must be returned intact. Returned items must be INSURED when shipped and the buyer must pay the return shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Thank you!
