We are very honest here at Dee's Comfy-Cozees and take pride in the products we hand-make.  We make your products and ship them out as quickly as possible.  Every Hand-Made item that is shipped out to you is in "Brand New" Condition.

Payment: We accept PayPal Only.  PayPal allows you to pay with many different types of credit cards...such as Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.  You can also pay with a debit card and with an echeck.  This is where the funds would come directly out of your bank account.  PayPal is the only payment method that we are taking at this time. 

Our Shipping Charges:  Back in May of 2007, there was a HEFTY increase in postage rates with the United States Post Office.  There is nothing that I can change about that as an eBay Seller.  We ship out your product for the lowest possible price without taking any of your money as handling fees like other seller may do.

Our Return Policy:  Although we do NOT accept returns, if your item is defective upon arrival, we will gladly repair your item or replace it with one of the same.  We want to insure that the product you receive is "Brand New" and that you are not receiving a second hand product.  ie:  You wouldn't want a dog mat that another dog laid All-Over... would you?  We will not replace a product or refund your money just because you suddenly changed your mind.  

We are hoping that you will understand and that you can be as honest as we are.

OUR STORY.........

Dee's Comfy-Cozees was started back in August of 2002.  My Daughter was born that year and I wanted to work from home.  Before I knew that I would work from home, I actually started making Baby Comforters Sets and  Character Throw Pillows for my daughter.   Since we had Ferrets and Cats with hardly any money to spend, I started to make their bedding as well.   My sister suggested that I work the local Craft Fairs.  So, I tried it and the publc loved what we have to offer.  Before we knew it, the local pet stores were stocking their shelves with our Comfy-Cozee Products.  

Now we're selling on eBay hoping to make each and every Cat, Dog and Ferret in the U.S.A. and Canada as Comfy-Cozee as possible. :O)
