......The jewelry business is both my profession and one of my passions. My father opened Raymond Jewelers in 1953. As a child and young adult I looked forward to helping out at the store on Saturdays doing some of the basic chores such as cleaning and bead stringing. Most of all, I just enjoyed spending time with my dad. Little did I know at the time, that I was absorbing years of gemological and jewelry knowledge by being in the store. I loved the business all those years ago. Mom and Dad retired from Raymond Jewelers in 1992, and the challenges of the second generation got underway. Raymond Jewelers continues to provide superb customer
