I sell high quality vinyl LP's and 45's, worldwide. Most LP's are still sealed or near mint. A small number of the LP's, especially certain sealed ones, may be cut-outs; that is they may have a notch cut, cut corner, punch hole, bb/drill hole, or promo hole in the jacket. I will have noted that in the description, or if I failed to do so, the cut-out mark should be visible in the photo. Such LP's jackets are marked in that manner because they are overruns or unsold stock and were returned from the store to the distributor. Though a cut-out jacket is not perfect, the vinyl is of the same quality as an LP not so marked. The sealed LP's are new and unplayed vinyl. If you wish, I will open your sealed LP to inspect it for any manufacturing defects before shipping. Special requests should be made in "Special Instructions" at my Check In site which will be available to you at the close of the auction.
About the picture disks: Picture disks are playable records with a photo inlayed under the vinyl. You can locate my Ebay picture disks auctions by viewing http://apt.triton.net/users/dennis3.php.
What to expect communication-wise: I use an automated system to allow you to provide special instructions and for me to keep you informed, (winner notification, payment received, item shipped, etc.) It is not necessary for you to send me emails telling me that you have sent a payment, or asking if I've received payment, etc. Since I rely on my automated system to keep you in the know, I ask that you please don't panic if I don't respond quickly to such emails. To make your transaction as smooth as the nearly 15,000 I have conducted on Ebay, at the close of the auction I ask that you please await my INSTRUCTIONS FROM SELLER email and enter your shipping info. I apologize if this seems redundant in light of the many changes Ebay and Paypal have implemented over the years. This is the system I use and it has proven itself to be effective in making lots of music buyers happy.
I appreciate your questions, however, I am sorry that I am unable to fulfill each and every request for track listings on my listed LP's. Track listings can often be found by checking other ebay auctions or searching the web using the artist's name and the word "discography".
Shipping: I will ship your order to the address that you have entered at my Check-In site. That address will appear in the email status updates you will receive.
For unsealed records, I separate them from the jacket so no damage will occur to the jacket seams during shipping. With a sealed record, there is a slight risk of the vinyl cutting through a jacket seam if the package is badly mishandled by the postal service. I will gladly open and separate your sealed LP if you state that request within the Special Instructions (see above)
I use the Postal service for delivery. Overseas and Canadian packages are quoted as airmail delivery, although surface mail is an option. In the USA your package will be sent by Priority Mail, usually within a few days of receipt of payment. Media mail is not an option.
Please observe my shipping charges BEFORE bidding. Note that extra LP's are only $1 to ship when combined with the first LP.
After the auction: Occasionally I have a duplicate of the item you have won and will list the same item again. Please don't panic if you see the item that you've just won, listed again.
If you feel that our transaction was not satifactory, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible. If, you are inclined to leave negative feedback, I expect that you will follow Ebay's policies regarding leaving negative feedback; that is, for you to make EVERY effort to contact me (email, phone 616-784-5635) and let me know about the problem and give me a fair chance to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Shipping: I use UPS for most USA delliveries and the US Postal Service for lighter US packages, and foreign delivery. Please allow a few days after receipt of payment for your package to be processed.
