Most of our items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, via 1st class mail (estimated delivery time 3-7 days). Shipping times are estimates provided by U.S. Postal Service. Heavy items over 14 ounces usually ship by Priority Mail. We ship all domestic orders with delivery confirmation at no charge to serve as proof of delivery. Most items are shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase. Please remember that S&H charges include both shipping and handling fees. This means that it includes the time and cost of supplies, to pay people to pack items, make postal runs, and other associated costs. If you do not agree with our shipping and handling terms please do not bid, as these charges are non-negotiable. All prices are clearly stated in the actual listings in the shipping section. Insurance is required on all items sold. Damaged items must be returned to collect on insurance and lost items may require an affidavit. No claims for lost items will be considered prior to 21 days after shipment for USA and 30 days International. The post office requires 30 days to file claims, and occasionally we see packages arrive 14-20 days after shipment, or returned to us. No claim for lost items will be considered if claim is not received within 45 days of shipment. Items for Sale: All bidders must make contact and payment arrangements with me within 48 hours of close of the auction and payment must be sent/mailed within 3 days of auction end and received here within 12 days of auction close. There are no exceptions to this without prior approval by emailing us. If checkout is not completed within specified periods after auction closes as stipulated above, we reserve the right to list the item again and we will post negative feedback and file an unpaid item strike. If you cannot abide by these terms, please do not bid. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED We accept PayPal, money orders, certified checks and personal checks. Personal checks are held for 7 business days before we will ship your items. PayPal e-checks are shipped after PayPal notifies us that the payment has cleared. Money orders and PayPal instant payments ship upon receipt of payment. The customer is responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address. In the event a wrong or incorrect address is given when placing an order, an additional shipping charge may be applied to your account if the product comes back to us and needs re-shipping. When a customer pays by PayPal we will ship to the address PayPal provides us with. RETURNS POLICY If you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return. We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition. If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available. To process your return please obtain prior return authorization from us before mailing your item back. If for any reason you are shipped the wrong item we will need the item returned to us. After the customer returns the item we will ship the correct item immediately and reimburse the customer shipping costs at the USPS first class rate only. We cannot ship the correct item until the other is returned. We will not take returns on opened games! If you receive a game in error and open it, we will not accept it as a return. All authorized returns must be received by us within 30 days of confirmation of return.
FEEDBACK POLICES If there should be any problems with your order, PLEASE let us know before posting a neutral or negative feedback. We would like nothing more then to make our customers happy, but please give us the chance to fix any problems that may arise. We try our hardest to satisfy every customer and make every purchase from us a positive experience. If there is a problem with your order let us know and we try to make it right. If a buyer chooses to leave us a neutral or negative feedback comment before contacting us with their concerns we will have no choice but to post a negative feedback comment for your eBay account as well. We dislike negative feedback, and there is no excuse to not contacting us if there is a problem with your order.
