Our combined shipping policy is simple, you pay for shipping for the first item, and we handle the rest! This applies to all shipments, even for international shipping. The same flat rate shipping cost applies for one item or one hundred!

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, neither are we. Most of what we sell is jewelry, and we understand that sometimes you just have to hold it in your hands or try it on to know if it is for you. So all items can be returned for any reason for a full refund. We only ask that you contact us within 30 days to let us know.

We are more than happy to accomodate requests. We can resize most of our jewelry if needed. If you want earrings switched to lever-backs or something like that, we can do that to. There may be a small charge depending on the item or request.
