I prefer to ship priority mail, your item will get to you much faster. I want you get your item quickly, it's no fun to bid on a item all week and then have to wait forever to receive it! I do give you a choice of Priority or Parcel post on most of my listings. Lingerie items are usually light enough to be mailed first class parcel. All international items are shipped on TUESDAYS. Custom forms will be marked with the price you paid for the item, not including shipping. Payment is required within 3 days of the auction ending. I do understand that sometimes things happen, please let me know if you will be late paying. I do combine shipping, just let me know if you are bidding on more than one of my auctions and I will send you one invoice when you have finished bidding on the last item. If you receive an item and are not happy with it, PLEASE EMAIL ME RIGHT AWAY, I will refund your money or do whatever I can to make my customers happy. Customer service is my number one priority! Item Condition - I rate clothing condition using the following terms and note any flaws in the item description:
NWT - New With Tags
NWOT - New Without Tags~ Item is new, tags have been removed.
Excellent - Excellent Condition or Mint condition - No Visible Flaws at all
Very Good - Normal wear with no holes, stains or tears, may have some fading.
All items are used, unless otherwise stated and will show appropriate wear. Any major flaws will be stated in the auction listing. As with any gently worn clothing purchases, a trip to the dry cleaner or personal washing is recommended prior to wearing. (Per Ebay regulations I wash all clothes and send them out to you clean). I go over each item throughly and do my best to accurately describe them in detail, I am only human and make a mistake now and then, please let me know right away if you should receive an item with a flaw that I missed. Please email me with all your questions, if you want me to double check measurements or if you need more pictures of an item. I have a smoke free home, though I do acquire my items from different sources and I cannot guarantee that they are from a smoke free environment. I wash all items that can be washed. I do have two dogs, they do not go in the area that I have my items.
