I have been buying and selling on eBay for almost 9 years now and as a seller have the same concerns as a buyer would have when purchasing an item from someone they do not know and  also not being able to actually pick that item up and look at it closely.

I try to describe my items as honestly as possible, but I'm only human and may miss something that is important, so I kindly request that you ask questions before bidding or buying.

I love what I do and take great care to see that my buyers are happy ones, from start to finish. In other words, I treat you as I would want to be treated. :)

I have tried to think of all the questions I would want to ask or things I'd want to know when buying, so you can read all the "fine print" below. If there is something I missed, please don't hestitate to email me. I will answer as quickly as possible. :)

Glassware

• All glassware is cleaned and washed.
• It is wrapped in foam wrapping, then bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and if needed, double boxed so it arrives in the same condition as you bought it.
• Vintage glassware may have utensil marks, this is noted in the listing.

Pottery, Porcelain and Pottery

• These items are just wiped off or dusted, no major cleaning. I leave this up to the buyer. I don't want to damage an item if I don't know how to safely clean it.
• Any damage will be noted in the listing and a picture will be posted of it, if possible.

New In Box Collectibles

• Some of these items have never been removed from the box. Others have been opened only to take the picture. I will note this in the listing description.

Books

• All books come from a variety of places. They range from new to vintage and may have been exposed to smoke, mustiness, pets ect. I try not to list anything that is smelly. Books are non-returnable.

Returns

• I don't take returns on vintage items unless I have made an error in the listing. However, I will make exceptions. Please email me  and we will work out a solution that makes us both happy.
• NIB items may be returned un-opened and in resale condition with all packaging intact. Buyer to pay return shipping and insurance is required.

Payment

• Due to eBay's new payment policy, we can only accept Paypal.
• International Buyers payment is US funds only.

Shipping

• Shipping is through USPS and UPS based on weight, destination and box size.
• We only charge what the USPS charges us. No inflated shipping charges
• Charges will be higher when using a larger sixe box as USPS now measures the size and charges extra. 
• We use First Class, Priority, Parcel Post, Media Mail and UPS
• We offer UPS
• We ship with in 2 business days of cleared payment
• I have no control over shipping charges or time of delivery by the USPS once its left there.
• I always send shipping confirmation once a package has been shipped

Insurance

• Insurance is now required for all shipments. This protects both of us should a package become lost or damaged.

International shipping

• We use USPS International First Class and Priority Mail.
• International buyers are responsible for all custom/duty fees.
• We state actual merchandise and cost. Do not ask us to send as "Gift".
