Spring Cleaning with Desfees

Greetings, and welcome!  I love ebay, and have been trading since I got my first computer in Jan. of 2000. My very first transaction was buying a metal lunchbox with adorable fairies all over it!  The Seller is in Australia, and had to walk me through the whole thing!  I'm grateful to him, so I do what I can to help new ebayers feel welcome!  My ID name, Desfees, means "from the fairies" or "about fairies", since, at the time I was collecting fairies!  Well, I've gone on to other interests: Fairy Hello Kitty, antique post cards with pansies and violets on them, esp. those by Catherine Klein.  I also am a big fan of Jean Shrimpton and Pattie Boyd-Harrison-Clapton, Yardley cosmetics from the London Look collection, ballet, Chanel. Manolo B, Lancome, '60's memorabilia esp. magazines.  I am Spring Cleaning, as my husband can't stand the "clutter" ("but I LOVE my clutter!!!"), so you may recognize some items!  I have met so many super wonderful people who make ebaying even more fun!  I take pride in paying for my auctions quickly, being friendly in emails, and expect the same from my buyers!  I do hate to remind people of their obligations...after all, we are all adults!  I will gladly mail packages out everyday, but my husband works out of town, so the weekends are reserved for him...we are usually on his Harley!  He collects Harley pins, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and baseball caps. I try to check email on the weekends but we are rarely around a 'puter on the weekends, but during the week I check a couple of times a day to be sure that if any potential buyers have any questions I can respond immediately.  Again, I have met sooooo many wonderful people that I wish I could put a face to, who I love getting email from even years after a transaction!  I hope that when all is said and done, and the Good Lord calls us home, I'll see ya at the wine and cheese table!
