Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
Yes! If you purchase multiple items you may automatically combine any unpaid items into one order during checkout. Once combined into 1 order, items must be paid for together. We do request you checkout all items within within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. Please note that once combined, items may not be removed from orders and payment must be made for the entire order.
What shipping discounts do you offer?

Designer Shoe Box prefers UPS Ground for fast, reliable delivery that includes tracking and insurance.

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped with a variety of carriers and service levels to give you maximum flexibility. Please note: if your address is a domestic PO Box, APO/FPO address, in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or a U.S. Territory your order MUST SHIP via Residential Ground with the US Post Office.
Standard Ground - our most economical shipping option. We'll choose the carrier and your order should arrive in 3 to 10 business days. Available for all domestic addresses, except those mentioned below under Residential Ground.
Premium Ground - receive your order in 3 to 5 business days with UPS Ground delivery.
Domestic Air - receive your order in only 2 business days with UPS Air delivery.
Note that UPS Air does not deliver on weekends.
Residential Ground - The US Post Office will deliver your order to anywhere in the United States and U.S. Territories in about 3 to 10 business days. Residential Ground is REQUIRED if your address is: a domestic PO Box, APO/FPO address, in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or a U.S. Territory.

Do you have this item in another size, style or color?
Designer Shoe Box sells thousands of pairs of shoes each week and our inventory is constantly changing. In fact, our shoes sell so quickly that we often have only a few sizes available in a particular style. For your convenience you can search our current eBay inventory by size, style or color using the search box located to the right of the item photographs.
Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing and all measurements are +/- one-inch. We list all the manufacturer's information and we also take our own measurements for things like heel height or boot shaft height. Since all shoes are securely packed and prepared for shipping once listed (at our prices the shoes don't stay around very long) we are unfortunately not able to take additional measurements for you. Fortunately our generous return policy allows you to return any items that you do not love.
What condition are the shoes you sell?
Designer Shoe Box sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. We DO NOT SELL irregular or refurbished items. All shoes are unworn and shipped in shoe boxes. We are very meticulous about our shoes and for the benefit of our customers we grade our shoes 4 categories. The condition grade (explained below) is listed in the details of each item description. Our condition grades are:
New in Original Box- Stylish shoes in perfect condition...at a truly gorgeous price! Would make a great gift.
New in Box- Same great shoes as above, shipped in a stylish, white Designer Shoe Box shoe box!
New/Clearance - New shoes with some minor imperfections due to storage or handling. They could use a polish to really shine.
New/Store Display - Similar to our clearance shoes and in need of some love...or maybe just a day of beauty with a cobbler.
Is your merchandise authentic?
YES! Everything Designer Shoe Box sells is purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. Our proximity to New York City gives us direct access to some of the best fashion in the world and our professional buying team negotiates deals that make our prices as attractive as the shoes we sell.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Designer Shoe Box. Since eBay charges Designer Shoe Box fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay so we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for our listing fees (approximately $5 per item), in which case we will NOT contact eBay.

I don't see a Buy It Now option, how do I purchase the item?
Once 1 customer places a bid on an item eBay will remove the Buy It Now option for all customers. So if you see shoes you really want and the Buy It Now option is still available, be sure to act quickly!
How do I pay for my eBay purchases?
If you are the winning bidder on an auction or have purchased an item with Buy It Now, please click on the Checkout button located on the banner in the item description to complete Designer Shoe Box's checkout. During checkout you can securely pay for your purchase.
How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases?
We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions must end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
Why does PayPal say "Seller does not accept instant payments"?
PayPal helps large sellers, like Designer Shoe Box, carefully match payments to orders to enusre that all payments are properly processed. This allows Designer Shoe Box to confirm your payment and ship your order quickly. As a result you must complete ebay checkout before sending a PayPal payment.

How do I complete my purchase?
Designer Shoe Box uses an ebay secure online checkout that allows you to save money on shipping (by combining multiple items), confirm your address, enter optional coupons and pay for your purchase. Please use the Checkout button at the top of the item listing when you are ready. Completion of our online checkout also allows you to use the My Account feature of our website to track your packages and review your order history.

Why isn't my item ready for checkout?
Once an auction ends or an item is purchased with Buy It Now, our systems need to collect the customer information from eBay. This process can take up to a few hours during which time the item will not be ready for checkout. Once the item IS ready for checkout, we will email the buyer with a custom link to our quick and secure checkout.

Why does your checkout say my email address is not correct?
When an item is purchased on eBay, the user ID of the buyer/winner is recorded by eBay. Designer Shoe Box is then contacted by eBay with the details on the transaction, including the buyer's email address. For security purposes Designer Shoe Box requires the buyer to enter the winning buyer's email address during checkout. If the email address entered does not match the email address on file with eBay, then you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?
No. By law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. Fortunately Designer Shoe Box customers get amazing deals on brand new shoes and are guaranteed the lowest price on the web! We do understand that duties and taxes are often collected on these purchases and we hope the savings you are enjoying by shopping with Designer Shoe Box makes shopping with us worthwhile.
Shipments to all countries are subject to local duties, taxes and fees. Since each country is different, Designer Shoe Box is not able to assist in collecting those duties and all duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery (COD) of the package.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Our shoes sell so quickly that we frequently sell-out of a style and are therefore not able to offer even exchanges for a different size, color, or style. We are happy to assist you in returning any unworn items for a credit valid towards ANY item we sell. We list thousands of shoes a month and you are certain to find something you love soon.
When your return is received, we will refund your purchase price. Please note: it may take 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Who pays for return shipping?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy allows you to return any unworn item for up to 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will refund all your shipping costs upon inspection of that item.
I'm trying to return an item, what is my "stocknumber"?
Every pair of shoes we sell has a small sticker with a number and a barcode on it. That number is usually on the outside of the shoe box or on the bottom of the sole. That number is the "stocknumber" of the item you have purchased and must be entered into our system when requesting a return.
