EBAY STORE AND AUCTION POLICIES:
Returns: Please know your clothing and lingerie measurements before placing an order. We include detailed measurements in each listing, but If you need more information, please ask us before placing your order. We do not refund or exchange for improper size, color dissatisfaction, computer monitor color variations or other buyer's remorse reasons. There are no returns or exchanges on lingerie items due to their personal nature and for health/hygiene reasons Returns are granted if the item was grossly misrepresented or the wrong size/item was sent. In this case, we will reimburse FIRST CLASS MAIL return fees when the item is received back to us in the condition in which it was sent and we verify that our seller mark is on the item. All approved returns must be postmarked within THREE days of receipt of goods by customer to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for all returned items at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
U.S. OrdersWe send out all U.S. items with delivery confirmation. Please be aware that delivery confirmation is NOT insurance or "tracking". It is used as proof of delivery after the postal carrier delivers items. Items are usually sent out within 2 business days (weekends & holidays are excluded) after cleared payment..check our feedback- we ship quick!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ***PLEASE READ THIS FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.*** All International orders over $50 must now be sent via GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL due to a recent increase in slow delivery complaints and nondelivery issues. There are NO exceptions to this policy. In addition: All orders to Central America, South America AND ITALY must be sent via Priority or Express Mail due to the high risk of loss in these regions. International orders are sent out without tracking numbers unless you purchase Global Express mail. Many listings do not include this method as a standard option, so please email us before paying and we will send an updated invoice. International orders over $50 that are not paid for via Global Express will be cancelled or a revised invoice with additional shipping fees will be sent before the sale is shipped. We are NOT responsible for any extra VAT, tarriff or customs fees your country may impose on International merchandise arriving overseas to your country. We do not know how much each specific country charges or what dollar value the fees begin at. Please contact your country's customs office for this information if you have questions on tax, duty or tarriff fees. In addition, we DO NOT mark merchandise as "GIFTS" nor do we reduce the purchase price. DO NOT ASK US TO DO THIS. We state the actual price you paid as the declared value. We hope that you respect our honesty and our unwillingness to commit customs and mail fraud. All International orders ship with insurance. Countries that do not have insurance options available with our third party carrier are listed below. Orders from these countries are either subject to cancellation or must be sent via Priority or Global Express Mail: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, Yugoslavia Customers claiming lost parcels and wishing an insurance claim refund must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International orders.
When Is Payment Due? Payment is due within 7 days of auction or store item close via Paypal. If no payment is made within the specified time period, we will file a Nonpaying Bidder Report and a Final Value Credit. The item will be relisted and you will be blocked from any future purchasing and/or bidding. |
