My label business began with my love for greyhounds (see my babies below). 

As a fundraiser for these wonderful animals,

I began designing and creating greyhound labels to sell for

Greyhound Pets of America (GPA), a rescue operation.

I received lots of compliments, comments and suggestions about customizing and designing other labels. 

My employment background began as a technical writer with proficiency in computer graphics. 

With these skills, plus some marketing experience,

I created my business, Designer Label Gal – a.k.a. DLG

I love the creative process of this business and, if finances allow,

have decided not to re-enter the corporate world.

I LOVE the Victorian era and as a single woman, have turned my secluded canyon home

into a romantic Victorian enclave.  That’s why you will see so many label possibilities in

Victorian pattern including: Damasks, Toile, Parisian along with a plethora of gorgeous florals.

That being said, feedback and suggestions led to the introduction of waterproof labels

for busy moms and their children.  Thanks to a partnership with a wonderful

kid friendly clipart company, I now offer hundreds of design possibilities

for everything from sippy cups to personalized water bottles.

In any effort to be “all things to all people” I now offer fabric labels, luggage tags

Since I have so many orders- the only way to look up your order is by the email address. 

Make sure you give me ONE e-mail address for tracking purposes. 

You should also check your junk folder or bulk e-mail folder since most e-mail programs

and ISP’s consider e-mails with links and attachments as spam.

I fix every problem that comes across my desk.  To avoid problems, ask questions and don’t be

afraid to contact me for clarification.  It is easier and more efficient to get it right

BEFORE the order is processed.
