All Fabrics and Custom Items are brand new, first quality, never used, direct from the Manufacturers - no need to worry about receiving "after-flood-sale" merchandise from me. I offer you the best prices possible on Beautiful, Elegant and Brilliant Waterford Fabrics. These Fabrics normally retail at $100 and up per yard ~ My prices are about 70% off!. If you have any questions, PLEASE ASK! There is no such thing as a dumb question especially when you're contemplating spending your hard earned money on something sight unseen. I enjoy finding solutions and helping you create the items you need. If I don't have it and I can't get it quickly, I won't hesitate to refer you to another eBay Seller or Company who can help you complete your Dream Project.
Minimum Orders on Fabric Purchases go into effect January 2009. My apologies folks, but due to the large increase in eBay's Final Value Fees, I can no longer offer Waterford Fabric for sale in single yard increments. Minimum Orders will need to be 3 yards in future listings on eBay. If you only need a yard or two, you'll need to go to my website.

FEEDBACK, PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY:

A Note for those few who think eBay is a Playground: Please don't play in my Backyard. It costs both money and time to list items on eBay. Don't bid unless you are a serious Buyer. A bid is a legally binding contract.

FEEDBACK: eBay's trust has been built on Feedback. If there is a problem with your item when it arrives, please contact me and give me the opportunity to correct it. I WANT you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem, COMMUNICATION is an absolute necessity to completing a transaction without misunderstandings. If your expectations have been met then your Positive Feedback would be MOST appreciated :) I will leave feedback after transactions are complete and I know you are 100% Satisfied.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 7 days unless you've used "Buy It Now" and then payment would be appreciated at time of purchase. I accept, PayPal, Money Orders/Cashier's Checks. I will accept Personal Checks from Buyers with no Negative Feedback regarding Payment - items will be shipped after Check has cleared usually 7-10 Business Days. PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Electronic Payment is fast, easy and allows me to ship your item(s) quicker. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE USING PAYPAL, YOU MUST USE YOUR CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Payments showing "Unconfirmed" will be refunded and you'll have to process payment again. Your confirmed address is the one your Bank/Credit Card Statements are sent to. Being careful about this prevents fraud on both sides.

SHIPPING: I use the USPS and FedEx Ground and I usually ship the morning after payment has been received. Insurance is required on all items. I ship Monday - Friday. I WILL GLADLY COMBINE ITEMS TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING COSTS!

RETURNS POLICY: All Sales are Final on Fabrics cut to order and Custom made Items. Because color varies between Computer Monitors, if you're unsure about a Pattern, PLEASE go see it in person at a Bedding/Department Store first. This responsibility is yours.
