SHIPPING: What is price for shipping and handling?

For jewelry items, shipping is $4.95 for the first jewelry item- combine shipping - only add $1. for each additional item. This is for U.S.A. and Worldwide.

DELIVERY: When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once payment is cleared, delivery time is approximately two weeks, due to ordering of materials, creation of custom jewelry and shipping. Delivery time may depend on location, holidays, etc. Delivery time may be slightly longer if you live outside of the U.S.A. and may take three weeks for International shipping.

CUSTOM JEWELRY: Can I request custom colors?

Please email all color requests before the auction ends. If another color is available for the same price, I may be able to fulfill your request!

EARRINGS: Can I request a different earrings style?

Please email all custom requests before the auction ends. If another color or style is available for the same price, I may be able to fulfill your request! Most earrings are available in Stud, Hook, Leverback and Clip-On styles.

CUSTOM: Can I request a special custom jewelry order?

If you like a certain style you see, but would like a different color, length or clasp - don't be afraid to ask! I can send a Free estimate of jewelry price, with no obligation to buy. If you do decide you like the price, I can list it in my ebay store!

BRACELET SIZES: How can I determine the best fit?

Here is a general size guide for lady size bracelets:

Small 7 1/4 inch, Medium 7 1/2 inch, Large 7 3/4 inch, X-Large 8 inch

The most popular (average) size 7 1/2 inch, although every lady is different.

CHILDREN'S JEWELRY: Can you make custom jewelry?

Little girls love jewelry ! Custom made pieces are great gifts. In general I do not make baby bracelets, (being a mom myself) because of the potential for babies to scratch their faces or put jewlelry in their mouths when mom isn't looking.

I love to make jewelry for girls age 5 and up! Custom bracelets and necklaces make great gifts !For children's bracelets, I can make adjustable with chain extender, so she may wear it as she grows!

BRIDAL JEWELRY: Can you make custom jewelry?

Yes! Gifts for the bride and bridesmaids... Custom made matching jewelry sets for the wedding party in custom colors! Don't forget a gift for the maid of honor and mother of the bride!

GIFT FOR MOM: What would make a good gift for a mom?

Mommy and me matching bracelet sets are a great gift idea! One bracelet for mom, one for daughter!

GIFT FOR GRANDMA: What would make a good gift for grandma?
