On new parts we offer a 7 day exchange/replace guarantee. Used parts are sold as is with no warranty. Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives not as described. All of our products are tested and come with a full description and actual pictures. Please pay close attention to the pictures when buying used parts.
Shipping:

Domestic shipping is USPS or FedEx Ground depending on the weight of the item.

Large, heavy, or oversized items going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to a surcharge.

International shipping is USPS. Other shipping methods are available on request.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours but if there is a delay in shipping you will be notified via email.

Shipping & handling fees do not include insurance. Insurance is available upon request.
