Loving my warts wrinkles and wobbly bits - at last!

I am the UK'S first Kaizen~Muse Creativity Coach.  This is a method of life and business coaching that uses small steps to manifest real and lasting change. Focusing on the small minute steps which prevents us from feeling overwhelmed or defeated by making the changes we want to make.  I am a writer and artist of the splendidly imperfect kind and have high days and low days but never grey days!

 I used to live in Kefalonia Greece and had a little studio there, but missed being back among friends so here I am in the UK again!  A big part of my work includes Creativity Coaching ~ helping others lead lucious lives of joy and happiness ~ using the creative process to unlock the key to their gifts. 

 I run really restful retreats for real men and women who want to rest, rejuvenate and discover the next part of their life.

I run these in Greece - Kefalonia where I used to live and is still uncommercial for the most part and the UK with some new retreats planned for 2009 in Mijas Spain.

I am able to offer affortable retreats in May - in local apartments and our fabulous one week retreats in the luxury villa in Sept/October 08.

Our September retreat from 23rd - 30th is Dare to Dream, lighthearted, juicy, colourful, rich deep and wide - investigation of making your creative dreams more real.

Our October retreat is from 2nd Oct - 9th Octber and has more features than our earlier retreat.  A luxury villa with pool, cosy log fire for evenings when the sun goes down, breakfast, lunches and dinners included.  I also hold workshops and weekends covering subjects such as:
Healing. Creative Play. Business Building. Dreamboarding and Abundance and Confidence Building - thse give people who wants to play with paint, glitter and pens a chance to rekindle, to create, discover and nurture themselves. 

As you will see from my picture - I have my own warts wrinkles and wobbly bits and would encourage all men and women to learn to love their life lines, explore what their unique creative gifts are that they are meant to share with the world and start embracing the art of living an amazingly wonderful life, a life they love and start loving themselves - warts and all!

I work from home on a one to one basis, via the telephone, through cafe coaching and in groups.  Everyone has a talent ~ something they love to create and this is what makes them the artist of their own life!  I don't look at art as 'good' or 'bad' just a creation ~ it's fun, it's empowering and it keeps us creative ~ whether it's cooking, gardening, painting, writing, teaching ~ life is a creative process and when we create many problems just disolve away! 

As part of my Creative Coaching Practice I use a system called Your Life Purpose ~ kind of a numerology for insight which is an amazing system and it really works! 

Sometimes I create alot of art and work like a dervish and other times I just perculate along thinking of all the things I want to create.  All in all I am happiest when I am making some kind of arty thing, running a retreat and coaching ~ I hope you like my little creations but I don't mind if you don't ~ the joy for me is in the making!
