We ship within the continental United States only. Free shipping applies to some items and is shipped via ground only.
Return Policy:
An item may be returned as long as it meets the following conditions: the product has not been used and is in the original box and not damaged; the product is accompanied by all its original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories and was purchased within the last 7 days. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be applied once merchandise has been received. We can refund shipping and handling charges only if it is a result of our error. There will be a 20% restocking fee on return items. If the item originally had free shipping, the cost of shipping and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit to the customer.
Items not returnable:
closeouts; cut items such as pond liner, underlayment, filter media, and tubing; foods; water treatments; fish treatments and medications; UV lamps and halogen bulbs; muck vacs; bamboo water spouts and rocking fountains; insect control; and transformers.
