DGD Inc

Hello! I have been selling on eBay since Feb. 1997! It has now been 11 years! My first feedback was from Dapper Dan on Feb 28th, 1997. I have sold all over the world.

DGD Inc came into creation on August 2002 (DGD Inc for Dan's Great Deals). We spend our working hours buying equipment from all over the country and selling on eBay.

We are truthful in our listings and do the best possible job of putting everything we know about an item in the ad. Sometimes we are unable to test or check an item thorougly. For that reason I have updated our terms and conditions (included below and included in every auction) so the buyer can better understand what will happen if they do not carefully read the ad description. I would rather someone not bid, then receive an item they are unhappy with.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Buyer pays shipping and packing material costs if any. Credit cards accepted thru PayPal. Payment due within 7 business days of auction end. Payment may be made by PayPal, or Money Order. We accept checks, but will wait 10 days for it to clear. Buyer prepays and pays for shipping. Shipping is made through Fedex. We do not ship UPS, we do not have a UPS account. On Fedex shipments $100 insurance is included at no additional charge. Insurance over $100 will be included up to bid amount at buyers request. If buyer has their own Fedex or UPS account they are welcome to use it, buyer will still be responsible for packing material costs (if any listed). If you do use your own UPS account, it generally takes 1 to 2 extra business days since UPS does not do same day pickup when we call them.

If item is damaged, contact Fedex and DGD Inc immediately and keep all packing materials. DGD Inc is not responsible for damage done by shipping and freight companies. We do our best to package your item so even if it is dropped or mishandled it will still arrive in working condition. We do work for you to get the shipper to pay for any item damaged thru their mishandling. We have very few claims due to our careful packing procedures.

Refund policy: Items must be checked and tested in a reasonable amount of time after delivery. If a refund is requested, items must be shipped back IMMEDIATELY for refund. If it takes longer than 7 days to ship once a confirmation has been given, then we will reserve the right not to refund.

For Canadian shipments add a $5.00 paperwork fee. If international is checked, add a $25.00 paperwork fee.

AUCTION AD LISTINGS

We are truthful in our descriptions and accurately describe our items. There are times when we do not have the ability and/or knowledge to fully test an item. We try to prevent listing items like that as much as possible. The item increases in value when we can provide more information. If we are unable to fully test, or we do not have knowledge of an item, it will be noted in the auction. If you are uncomfortable about the item and the way it is listed, please do not bid. If you can contact us about a way to test the item or give us more information so we can provide more information about the item please do so. However, until you are satisfied with our response please do not bid. We want our buyers to be pleased with the item they receive.

Listings

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
