Welcome To MOD PONY -
Mod collectibles, clothing and other fun stuff I can find.
I'm a Soccer mom for real, a wife to my husband not my house and a dreamer of travel, good food, good wine and music and anything else life throws at me.
Some say that you can’t turn back the clock—you can’t go back in time. Physically no, but mentally I don’t think that I ever left the 1970’s. Our store is evolving into something new and exciting this year, well at least we think so anyway. We hope you will be intrigued and stop by for awhile.
Mod Pony is a unique place to shop. My passion for the 60’s and 70’s has surely gotten the best of me and my curiosity for history has been sparked by many trips to Estate sales and antique stores.
Most items come from the western US where I live, but when I get a chance to, I live to bring some goodies back from the eastern part of the US where I am from originally. Each and every single item has been chosen and hand picked by me and in some cases, it never makes it to auction—what can I say…it’s a perk.
I love Estate sales, but the competition can get crazy, but you can bet I am good at finding the most over looked gems as well. I find things all over—I love antique shops and little mom and pop second hand stores. There are always so many stories that come with the items I find. When I can, I will add some of them in the auctions.
Living here in the west has given me an appreciation for all things western. The items you find here have nice patina—it’s usually called dirt, sand and rust. There is very little fancy china I am told, as most of it broke on the trail out here. But, there is our friendly neighbor to the south which has provided many a gorgeous piece of pottery, Mexican blanket or leather goods.
If you have a curiosity for the wide open spaces, a yearning for a small piece of the past and a little something new thrown in the mix, then hang around here and check out the things we find—you won’t get bored!

I ALWAYS Handpick each and every item that goes into the store.
I look it over, take the pictures, clean it if need be and I use a magnifying glass to see even the smallest blemish.
I ASK that if you find something wrong with your item, please contact me immediately and Hey, we will work it out somehow so that we can both be please with the sale.
Your item will come to you clean (unless otherwise stated) and clothing will be wrapped in tissue paper.
We think your item should arrive as if it were purchased from “a store” which is what we are.

.WE SHIP FAST. I mean, REALLY. I can actually have your package in the mail that very same day, if you have purchased it in the morning. Once an item is sold--it isn't my item any longer and I don't want it.

NO Overcharges for shipping--NEVER will we inflate our Shipping Price. Oh, it’s happened where it was actually cheaper, but then we’ll just give you a refund!
We live out west here in the Rockies’ and sometimes in the dead of winter, we'll get a snow storm, at which time we will let you know that we want you to get your package, but we don't want anyone getting hurt in the process. Therefore, it maybe delayed 24 hrs.
