Using a flow bench has been an eye opening experience. Don't let anyone tell you they can get an increase of airflow out your head or intake manifold with out the aid of a SuperFlow® bench - it's not going to happen. In fact, in most cases I have actually seen a decrease in air flow from the heads I have tested that were done by others without the aid a flowbench. My flowbench is a SuperFlow® 600 model, allowing me to get maximum flow out of all my heads.

This is my current car I started building in 02 and drive it today it was the first crx to ever receive a h2b I know because I invented the settup above picture is my current h22 engine producing a world record breaking 347.9 hp on the motor no power adders this car runs low 11seconds and has set and still holds records in the all motor street car class this car holds the current and unbeatin palmdale ca.record of 11.4 at 121 mph to this day
