When buying, I don't bid on items if I can't pay for them immediately. All I ask in return is that you send me a tracking number as soon as you get one, and I won't bother you again (unless the product is wrong or defective, of course).
Selling Philosophies
When I have something to sell, I represent the items honestly and completely. I always ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment, never ship without providing a tracking number, and always send that number to the buyer as soon as possible.
If you ever have a problem with me, please let me know and I will do everything I can to make it right.
About Feedback
When I am buying, I ALWAYS give feedback after I have received the item and verified it is as described. I'll never give neutral or negative feedback unless the seller's item is bad / wrong, or the shipping / sales terms were grossly violated.
When I am selling, I give feedback after the buyer leaves me feedback.
Always Give Feedback!
I think it's rude for sellers to not give feedback and have decided that I'll not do repeat business with vendors too lazy to follow up a transaction -- especially if they have the gall to give only negative feedback to customers.
The least you can do, as a merchant, is return the favor of a customer's polite reply, even if you already have a 50,000 feedback rating. Somewhere along the line you were at zero, just like the rest of us; remember that.
And for sellers, the more feedback you have, the better your sales. It's very important for buyers to give feedback and to be 100 percent honest with it -- other eBayers are counting on you!
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
